Quiet and organized, with plenty of choices. Staf is friendly and helpful, place is clean and books are regularly shelved. Couple of cozy nooks for reading really make it nice place to spend time, browse books, read in peace.

It's a bit noisy since being close to the street. Lots of cars pass by. Last time I saw a Nissan GTR Nismo. Today I just saw a Ferrari 458. Worst part is people who modify their Civics. Especially, the windows in the base level need better isolation! update: the window starts to rattle when there is a loud car driving by

TLDR: Printer died, I needed something printed, didn't have a library card and was set up in the system and helped by superb staff very quickly. 10/10 will be back. ************************* My favourite library when I was a teen is now my favourite library as an adult. Years ago, my sister and I would come to this location and take out just slews of books to read over the summer. I'd often take out an entire book series to finish it in two week and be back for more. In University I spent time there looking for references and doing research for my classes. Now as an adult - I went there because my printer died and I needed to print out something important. I hadn't been to a library in (gasp) 15 years easily, and so had to start from scratch. Enter Steph, the incredibly polite and helpful staff member who had me set up with a new library card, a printing account, money in the account processed and my print done from my phone in a flash. Efficient doesn't even cover it. Within 10 minutes I had my printout and was happily carrying on a great conversation with Steph about books and all manner of things. Thanks Don Mills Branch and Steph in particular for making my day. I look forward to walking the isles and finding a book to pour myself into like I used to.

Great place to go and do some reading or studies. For book lovers, I would recommend to go the basement and find a seat near the windows. The windows are high and gives a beautiful view of the floor above.

Went to the Don Mills Library this evening to print out some documents when the computer incorrectly charged me for a blank sheet of paper. I was asking for the $0.15 to be credited back to my card...they were explaining about this and that...all for 1 sheet of paper that is $0.15!!! which could have easily been put back on my card. Then another lady came over saying that she could make a one-time exception...I was quite offended they would make a big deal for $0.15!!!! This review is for this experience which does not reflect my overall view of the library itself. I see where they have made some improvements which is good but can be better by providing another floor added to the library which includes meeting rooms where people can book in advance, more computer workstations, more PRINTERS and more desk areas where people can work or read a book. More improvements need to be made.

This Library is great for working. There are two floors, the lower floor is quiet and has large desks that you can you for working. There are plenty of outlets and the wifi is stable and fast enough for work related purposes. There is also a Kids and Teens section as well as books from multiple genres. There are multiple librarians on both floors who can assist you. There are printers that you can use for black and white printing which cost 15 cents a page. The only disadvantage to this Library is it's size, there are no rooms that you can use for group projects. There are also less books than larger libraries. Overall I would highly recommend this library if you're looking for a quiet place to work or if you are looking to find new books to read.

Building looks huge from the outside but once you go in, the library is very small.....The study spaces arn't good, because it's too opened up so even in quiet area you can hear people talking since it's open space design. The WORST part is that the WIFI is horrible. It can't even load important webpages which made my travel here pointless. The best libraries in toronto is the Reference Library and North York central library.

Aside from the occasional outburst from kids playing Minecraft on the computers, the library is great. Great selection of books, magazines, and CDs. The programs held at this branch are modest and fun for young kids.

Since the library now allows food and drink inside, the place essentially serves as a spillover seating area for the Tim Horton's next door. I still remember when libraries were a silent solitude sanctuary, not a wifi hotspot to Skype with your buddies while noisily munching your cruller and slurping your double-double.

Librarians are very helpful and polite. If they do not know the answer to your question, they will direct you to the area of the library that can help you. (2 storey library with Librarians on both storeys)

Great library holds lots of workshops for all ages, (loved the haunted house, the children did a great job!) children's section is very nice too, children can draw, color, look at books and play with educational toys! Hope all libraries are like this or better :)

The books are always cleared and the staff are amazing. Books are almost always there to sign out. one thing i would do is add more sitting areas for people to work

Tiny library but equipped with all kinds of euwitoments. Table with charger is very limited. Many students went this branch and they talked all the time. Location is great because the opposite side is a mall and the parking lot is huge.

I enjoyed this branch for 1 year. Then for a $1.75 fine for late return , I paid 2 times. 1st time I did not save receipt, my fault. Second time, I saved receipt but still my online account showed unpaid fine. I went back to library and showed my receipt, librarian said receipt doesn't tell her what I paid fine for because it did not have details. I offered to pay again to fix this problem, librarian looked agitated and she cancelled the $1.75 but won't give me any receipts saying I did not pay. Is it true Toronto library does not save any electronic records when fines are paid and cannot verify even when receipt are shown? Very Strange system!

The Don Mills Library is a great space to study, word, or just relax. It has two floors with a section for children, teens, an adult literature. Computers don’t seem to be available yet, but there is a youth study group until 7pm with electronic devices available! The library has good WiFi and many setting areas. Highly recommended!

A great library that always teaches lessons I bought a beautiful book for 1$ and donated 50 gems and diamonds of books for 1-5$ some of my donated books even made the dewey decimal system . I love this place and its the place that keeps on giving and teaching , I'm still working on my library fee.

Staff here are talking outload and they make a lot of noises. Library is not quiet ???? at all. Not good for studying . Also there are few plugs for laptops .
