Small, under-equipped library with no meeting rooms or audiovisual facilities. Single-floor open plan, so kids are running around everywhere. Conversations between librarians and patrons at front desk can be heard throughout entire library.

Staff are rude, speaking amongst themselves and even more ignorant of boundaries and personal space. This library does not accommodate business intentions with a meeting room or conversational/study facilities. It’s absolutely a pointless stop to make unless you attend the secondary school here or need to rent a book and leave, even then I cannot imagine that students work here either while homelessness take over the opportunity of a free inside space & service ???????? not somewhere I recommend to be, quite uncomfortable experience.

I am so lucky to live near this branch. It's got a great selection and excellent 'recommended' and themed sections too. Great opening hours and lots of space and variety of seating for library users. The kids section is quite extensive too.

I would not have been able to get through school if not for VPL. From studying spaces to free wifi to printing and more! They provide such a vital space for members of the community. The staff is always so kind and helpful! Really appreciate everyone at this branch!
