Peller estates winery is definitely one of the more high end and more massive wineries in the Niagara region; it's got a variety of tasting and tour options and unique experiences offered. I came here recently with a group of 12 family members for a tasting recently and everyone had a great time! I had a $100 gift card which the staff kindly allowed me to use to help pay towards the cost of our group tastings instead of just to purchase wines or something from the gift shop which I really appreciated as well.
Pros - Large selection of wines with a variety of flavor profiles, a neat quiz you can take for recommendations of what wines to sample, and absolutely gorgeous views, both inside and out! We particularly loved that we were offered a menu of wines with descriptions, and we were able to select several to taste based on our personal preferences - unlike other wineries where it's more structured with specific wines being served to you. Additionally, the gift shop itself was massive and full of great options and things to purchase other than just wine.
Bonus - They had a non-alcoholic tasting menu for DD's, underage individuals or guests who don't drink to be able to enjoy and participate as well. Other wineries we had been too previously usually only offered grape juice or water to such guests, so it was nice that they got to actually select their own fun flavored beverages to try and be amused by!
Cons - I'm not sure if it was because of the particular tasting style we booked, but the experience was a little less intimate as we had been hoping. We were placed in a large room (and split up into 2 tables), where there were a bunch of other groups doing tastings as well. While we did have multiple servers around to answer questions and whatnot, it still felt a bit more like a regular "restaurant" experience rather than a private group tasting which was not what we had been expecting.
