I've been here twice this week for the first time since I moved here last June, the library is very big and very clean! I signed up for the Excel course about a month ago and did that this week and before leaving I got my first library card here. Tara signed me up and she was very nice and even gave me a hand out to show me some more information about the library. I took my Mom there today to get herself a library card and before we left, we signed out a few books each. Had it not been for Rita who works there, I was rather lost trying to figure out where the numbers start to find a book and she gave me a quick lesson on how to find things and where. She explained to me the formation of the rows and gave me a lot of other useful information in just a short period of time. Without her help I would've struggled. Thank you Rita so much for taking the time to be of such great assistance! The library has a lot to offer not just books and DVDs but on their website as well! I have also seen people there doing crafts and painting. Looking forward to making this place a regular place to visit. I must also give a shout out to the older gentleman who is very good at cleaning up people's cigarette butts because they can't dispose of them properly in one place. If it weren't for this gentleman, it would look disgusting at the main entrance. Thanks for your attention to detail Sir. Great Job! I hope somebody let's you know this on my behalf!

It's well worth visiting the Niagara falls. Amazing water-fall-view. You have not seen Niagara Falls from Canada, You waisted your life. Must make visit.

Love coming to this branch for the infant/toddler programs. Denise is amazing and really engages with the children.

Unfortunately I have noticed that this library is very noisy. Customer service area located very close to the place where you have to sit, read and focus. You get distracted by phone calls and conversations from customer service very often and you can't do nothing with that.

The staff her members here are helpful and always smiling, don’t be shy all your questions will get answered. There are many resources here to accommodate all your need The location is right on the bus route, and the stop is right in front of the Library.

Niagara Falls Public Library. This is a public library located near Niagara Falls and it just so happened to be very close to the hotel I was staying at. During my week of vacation in the Falls, I sometimes looked for references and read information from this library. In addition, although I can communicate to reply and send emails via my mobile phone, there are times when I have to reply to incoming emails or fill out forms for work in the office which are quite difficult to do from a cell phone. So I sometimes borrow the internet connection with the computer available there. The atmosphere is very comfortable and calm and every now and then when there are school students who need internet data I stop and take turns with them. I like to read and look for information in this place because the staff is friendly and very helpful if we need certain information that has not been input in the list provided.

this is the best, most respectful, most caring library in New York. I highly recommend it. Also with a wide variety of not just books, but music and movies too! I come here everyday and its as wonderful as the day before. If I could give 6 stars best believe i would!!

Came in to do some work. Internet was fast, place was quiet.. and very peaceful with the mini water stream and plants in the middle. Free parking.

Moved to niagara and was standing on the grass and the security guard was quite rude stating i wasnt allowed on the grass with no signs stating this was true

I gave 2 stars because i came here to study but the place is very noisy. Staff talks to readers in a loud voice or normal voice rather than wispering. I thought that library is quiet or silent. Disappointed to staffs who talks loud and to those who dont tell readers to be quiet. I guess because they are. If you need a place to stay with no loud music then go ahead... but to study i dont recommend it because it is not a quiet place.

They run great programs here -- I've so far only enjoyed one of their book clubs and a free music performance so far, but I'm excited to do more. Also, you wouldn't think it from the outside, but the interior is actually quite nice, architecturally speaking.

Offers super fast free WiFi for all (including tourists) at a 24 minutes walk (4 minutes by car) from Rainbow Bridge. So you don't have to waste your money on restaurant food or a hotel room to access the Internet. Also it's really big and there are many books. Though of course you can't borrow the books if you don't live there.

Very noisy library.. came here to study but some readers were so noisy , some of them were talking so loud from the quiet zone .. very much disappointed

Oct. Update: Glad to see that the library is trying to improve day by day, that's good! EXCEPT just saw this new security guy was comfortably sitting on the couch and on his phone for half an hour... (and I have to walk by him to remind him it is not your break time yet, or he probably will take a nap soon)... USELESS indeed!
