The library is closed today for staff learning. That is the note on the door. It would be nice since the cost of fuel is insane to let patrons know on their website so they don't waste gas and time coming all the way here for nothing. A library of all places is most capable of being technologically on top of this. Even a technological leader if you will. Yes the bottom line is I'm angry and can't afford their mistake.

Like a lot of small town resources, this location is in need of some funding but you can usually find what you are looking for. Unsecured WiFi connection available if you're in a pinch but this is common local knowledge and should not be trusted as a safe open network. Don't bother visiting around lunch time as the building closes while staff is take lunch..? You'll actually be asked to leave.

What a great little local library. The collection reflects the size of the community, but it is diverse and has a great reference section as well. Very friendly librarians and some nice themed book backpacks for kids.
