I like the environment. The children's corner is very innovative. There's a fish tank and the water is very clean, this reflects how the staffs take really good care of the place. Moreover, there's an area for baby strollers parking, which is very neat. The decorations are very attractive. There are few toys encouraging the literacy skills of the children. The windows are to the floor, gives good lighting. The central pseudo-garden gives out a relaxing atmosphere.

Newly renovated and spacious. Plenty of study rooms and spaces for students. They even have a coffee machine inside the library. Wish their hours are longer for late night study.

They just renovated the place and now it looks amazing. A lot of natural light, a courtyard in the middle, tons of study spaces and many rooms to study for groups or alone. Really big lounges for adults, teens, and children. Many washrooms. Only 2 things I'd suggest is more hours as well as a water bottle refill station.

Wouldn’t typically write a review but thought this was odd. Signed up for a “Sing Yourself Silly” toddler class back in late September, (scheduled for early December) which is a class that happens once a week for three weeks. I called today (November 27) to ask if it’s possible to cancel it and open up a spot for another person to join as I know the classes get busy. They said they will only cancel and offer refund if it’s a week in advance. The first class is December 3 which is 6 days away.... so I missed the deadline by one day and they would not offer any lenience/refund. I have been going to this library for almost two years now, a few times a week to study/bring my son. I have also partaken in classes previously. Other experiences have been decent/okay but not great.

Great selection available. A very large size kids area with computers, tablets and other learning materials. Good selection of magazines, movies and video games available. Very friendly staff.

We've just moved to Stouffville and we joined the library and it's wonderful. Huge selection of books, lovely reading areas and really helpful staff. I'm so happy this is our local library.

Maybe I'm a library noob, but this place is amazing. The library is clean and there are disinfectant supplies scattered around the area. I think it's really rare to find a library where people can actually enjoy some quiet time, the individual study rooms provide a sense of privacy. I like how in the middle of all this, there's an outdoor location for those who want to be one with nature. My only complaint is that the library should stay open on Mondays or Sundays - similar to those in Markham.

Helpful staff. It's never too busy. Renovated and airy. Good selection of everything. Toys available for children to sign out and play with in the library. Children's area is great. Ebooks also available, as many as many other resources. They also have many programs and events happening often.

The renovations they did on this library were absolutely beautiful. The study rooms are by far my favoute feature. Also theirs the recording studio also. Hard to believe such a nice place like this is in stouffville. Stouffvilles moving up.

Such and amazing Library. It has programs for all ages of kids as well as a music studio and a 3D printer. Before COVID my children would spend almost every day at the Library. There was always something new happening. The staff we super caring and willing to help. It's the best Library I've seen.

I have lived in basically every city in the GTA and I usually love going to the library but this is one I will avoid. Its disappointing that you cannot renew items even if they are not on hold for anyone (no other city have I experienced this). Also new release movies only 1 can be taken out and returned in 3 days and unfortunately more than once I have gone to drop the movie in the drop box during late hours and its temporarily closed...and due to work hours I am not able to make it during business hours in the weekday so its a waste to take anything out if the drop box is going to be closed...

I brought my kids to this library to encourage reading and to my surprise I saw a group of kids occupying a whole section of computers playing online games and they were loud. Is our library now becoming a haven for online gaming? I don’t understand why this is being tolerated...

Love the space and the collection, but the staff need some updates, they stare blankly and always make you feel like your questions are exasperating and wasting their time. It would be nice to see a cheerful person who is willing and happy to help when you go to the desk.

Lots of spaces in Stouffville Library. A little bit bored in Anne's regular Story Time. But I found a very nice Chinese story time from Grace. Would like to come again.

This place is amazing! The pools are clean and well kept. The gym is also in awesome condition, and the library is just amazing. The books are shelved in the right spot, the floor is clean, the children area can really keep children busy with kiddy computers and toys, the computers are useful, and it’s never noisy or crowded. I think this is how a library should be like and there even are study rooms to rent if you need a nice quiet place to do something. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs to go to the library, pool, gym, fitness center and more and get awesome service!
