I go in to the library I sit down I look at my phone it makes a little notification sound the employ comes and yells at me she says if a noise comes out of your phone you will be kicked out . I dont recomend ,I would say look for a different library.

The place is quite and nice. The staff was so nice when I needed help. The size of the library is ok for it. But there was a bit of mess around the place.

First time here and it's super big and still had lots of vacant seats when I arrived until when I left (Monday from 10:30AM to 1:30PM though). Big downside was how there was no washroom in the library (was still located within the building)

This community center is standard. It is an older building but they have kept it clean. They have a library, pool and a gym. They are doing some renovations to update the help desk, so itll be interesting to see how it looks when its done.

I wish they wouldn't be so loud. The staff employees just chatter away. It's so annoying. It would be easier for me to work if it wasn't so loud. It's a library, for goodness sakes. Apparently not. And there are actually quite a few negative comments here on this library being so loud. It's unacceptable that they haven't done anything about it. Or if they have, it clearly hasn't made a difference.

It would be very nice if the librarians/staff led by example here and would turn the door handles of their staff room instead of slamming it...every 1-2 minutes you will hear a slam. They are loud when they are chatting. We can also hear you in the staff room. Please whisper. If you are loud, others will follow your lead. Whisper, and voila...quiet library.

I don't know why those people in the QUIET group study room are always SOOOO LOUD, it's bit annoying.

Very loud, seems like some of the staff members want the whole library to know their conversation. Rather than giving a number to call to discuss issue, the post should be taken more serious and be read by their employees and discussed amongst themselves and not take up more of our time. Honestly i think their overstaffed with little to do. Waste of city resources. Counter productive. Some weeks have passed now only to hear nothing changed. Noise is obviously done mockingly judging by staff comments overheard. Usually by elder staff and not the youth. Very immature. Must have problems at home and bring them into the workplace.

Very condescending White Old lady Staff. Came here with my daughter and to check out a reserved book. I forgot my library card. Normally I would show my license to get the books checked out. This lady asked all sorts of questions and talked to me as if talking to a kindergarten in a very condescending manner. I took the high road. My daughter called it out while walking and I said it's not worth it. Calling this site's supervisor/s. You should have staff wear id and learn how to properly communicate to clients. Very disappointed! Please change as I may not take the high road next time.
