Nice staff, great facility... but there are kids smoking, making out, and singing inside the library from the nearby school... I'm wondering if smoke is even allowed inside the premises... all i have to say it would be nice to have some parenting presence on manners for the kids: library is synonymous of silence...

My son's first visit to a library to take out books was a success! The librarian was one of the kindest most patient people I have met. She helped my son find books about cars and trucks. He got his first library card AND he even got to sign out his books all by himself. Ms. Librarian, I should have asked you your name. You are a lovely person.

I had a month long stay with a relative who didnt have internet, so I had to use the libraries wifi to do my online work. I spent hours at a time there various times though out the day and evening. I found it nice and quiet with good work stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is bright and modern.

Staff is very noisy, do not go here if you are studying for finals or any sort of serious kind of test. very distracting environment. buildings nice though...

Great place to study, but ironically the librarians are the loudest ones in the Library. The place is treated more like a community center than a quiet space.

I am a newcomer to Mississauga. I left my elderly parents at this library for a few hours so I could run a few errands. They are both immigrants, yes, but they are also both educated and sophisticated doctors. When they asked the staff about a water fountain, they were told there wasn't one. When asked about phone charging station, they were told there wasn't one. Both of these statements were false. I do not know why that member of staff decided to lie to them. The only reason I can think of if prejudice.
