Very, very loud... "quiet zone" is open to the rest of the "not so quiet" zone. Poorly structured.

Put some plug outlets next to the study tables in the middle and beside the window of the 2nd floor, no one sits in the middle because of that and the other tables with plugs close to them are always taken

I know the library staff won't care about public reviews but I still want to say something. It not the first time coming to this library with doors closed due to a new schedule but not posted on the website ahead of time. The staff doing the work such as rearranging the shelves with extremely loud noises as they just throw metal shelves like at the construction site without considering people are using library need quiet environment to study or read.

It’s a very perfect place to spent time with books. A quiet place or good place to study. We can arrange meeting,project or can make a open function too. Best thing for library is very well organised, kids have own area to learn.. they books , game , art and culture things to grow and develop. All employees are so helpful. Have fiction books , novels and many more also have international languages (books). So it mean took care of all under one shelter of library. #Read #Library #quiet #Kids

This is my favorite library. It is attached to a public school. It has a small zen garden when you walk in. There is a good selection of audio books here. Well lit. Free WiFi. Only thing missing is hot coffee and it will be as good as Starbucks. ????

I am visiting this library two times a week for research purpose. This place is good but parking is always problem. As people already wrote about noise level and that is true. There is relatively quiet area on upstair but some people talk on phone there. This is not library's fault if people don't follow the rules inside. But library employee should enforce the rule by randomly checking on quiet areas. Most of the people who don't follow rules are student who are working on their project. Carry a headphone with you if you dont want to listen other people.

Decent library. Needs to be expanded and noise levels reduced. I wish there was more silence somehow, it is a building design flaw that noises travel upstairs. Students are pretty loud in the upstairs area and my things got stolen once as well. Staff are decent.

Library is OK, but the quiet area is not quiet at all - which makes it difficult to focus on studying. EDIT: I'm not sure what was happening on the day that I initially wrote this review, but I'm completely wrong. I've been going to this Library often and usually study upstairs. It's very quiet and there is a lot of seating. The only thing that I would say, is that the seating area downstairs is more for group work and can be noisy at times.

Some library patrons just don't understand the concept of quiet area. There are people watching videos with the speakers on and chatting in the supposed quiet area of the library. And you can hear the kids from downstairs. I just wish the staff would do something to ensure that the quiet area remains quiet at all times. You can't do anything about the kids downstairs, but at least remind the people upstairs that if they want to talk/watch videos without headphones, that they should do so downstairs and not in the designated quiet area. It makes the area not conducive for studying.

It is not very quiet on weekdays during school hours but otherwise very peaceful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they are ready to assist you everytime. I love studying here!

Two stars for children's area I was excited to take my boys here but toys are filthy dirty with grime and are either broken or missing pieces. It is spacious, just seems no one looks after this area.

The staff is ok, but someone needs to explain to them what 'quiet zone' means and how it should be enforced. If I've to get up from my seat halfway through my studies every time to go and let the librarians know, then we don't need them there. They take great pride in admonishing anyone who's drinking coffee but studying quietly, and yet turn a deaf ear to people who are consistently loud. Very poorly managed library.

honestly, since there are always computers to use, in the labs, separate rooms, etc..its convenient in that sense. the staff are super friendly!!!! me and my friend were the last ones to leave just this Saturday and it was already dark outside, they literally escorted us outside, and folded our chairs, and everyone who was left from staff said good bye..everyone!!! .. But only problem is that since its connected to the st.marcillenus highschool and is near the mississauga sceondary high school.... you get a lot of highschoolkids, especially on the weekedns, and almost impossible to focus with alll that buzz and noise (radio playing, kids crying in children's section, people talking, printers printing, etc)..so one suggestion would be to move the children's section downstairs and plant doors there too and move all printers to the lab, because the labs have doors with desktop computers...so all the noise would be inside when the door would be closed... u guys should also plant doors or sliding glass for the quiet study section so that people there can actually study/work quietly no matter what is going on in the main section or any other place in the library...AND u should have like a table and chair section in place of the children's section ...so the table and chair section could be what u guys had downstairs before u moved the children's section.

Fantastic Library. They have a quiet area upstairs (not the best place to study tbh since there is a kids section downstairs). The kid's section has lots of toys and books while parents can relax on comfortable chairs and read or use the free WIFI. Great little programs always taking place. Great selections of books.

Nice library but it too many kids on the first stair, so library is always loud.. it is more like playground, lots of toys for kids on the first floor. Can't blame family and kids, but may be it would be beneficial if the management re-organize areas or think back who are the main users of library and what they can do...
