I think they do not have enough staffs for serving people. One girl was running between some clients and no time for good service. I asked for some ketchup but the girl told me it’s left nothing, but mayonnaise sauce. My food was finished but nobody brought me neither mayonnaise sauce or other things. The quality of food was not good, not enough stuff and ingredients on my pizza and it was not as big as they describe in the menu (10 “)

Pizza is like building a house...it all starts at the foundation...this said the foundation of a good pizza is the "impasto" or dough...I'm at a loss for words...this was literally a cracker with pizza toppings!! I am not directing my low rating towards this restaurant as cannot fault the service I received...my low score is what they passed off to me as a pizza...nothing personal...just my opinion..

Incredible experience. The restaurant was almost empty. The entry was really good( Artichoke dip). Main was great as well. My highlight: the white chocolate crème brûlée. That was amazing and the chocolate wasn’t over powering. Customer service was on point.

On prends le menu midi. Une mini salade césar arrive assez rapidement, je n'avais jamais vu ça servie dans une assiette rectangle, et une très petite portion qui se mange en 3 bouchées. Ensuite vient une attente interminable pour nos pizzas.... Pourtant il y avait moins de 15 personnes dans le resto. Pour voir arriver une mini pizza carrée mangée en 3 min... Après elle était quand même plutôt bonne, mais la portion est juste ridicule. Résultat on ressort avec une faim encore présente et l impression de s'être fait avoir.

Cosy Italian restaurant,located on the main street of the Magog city, portions were fair, food tasted good not over salted, many choices on the menu even for vegetarians. Prices were a little high imho. Service was borderline ok but clearly not as good as we would’ve expected.Waitress didn’t seem happy working here. 1. We Were pressed to pay when we were still talking and we never asked for the cheque....not like they were closing soon. 2.Waitress Brings 1 cheque and leave it for one person to be paid, without even asking us who’s paying for it,uncomfortable moment ! Atmosphere is casual,many tables and nicely decorated.

We found this place randomly driving up to Trois Riviere. Best pizza of my life. Crispy, light, wonderful flavor combinations and very very well priced. We had the crabcake appetizer, the duck and balsamic pizza, and a salted caramel chocolate cake. Plus coffees. Under $45 US, and everything was wonderful. Will be back!

Wow, EXTRA STARTS ARE NEEDED, I must say, the one young lady that served us last night Wednesday August 26th did an amazing job for being alone in the front of the house. My daughter and I on vacation was just looking for a bite to eat and wanted some good pizza for dinner after an exhausting day, we did get a great a meal and amazing service with a smile even under the circumstances of being alone. Ya it did take longer than expected but being alone for 20 tables, undertaking the as the host, bar maid, bar back, bus person, cleaning table and did I mention taking and serving order all alone was an exceptional done by her and the smile, not an once of unhappiness was very refreshing. The owner was cooking alone in the kitchen and what looked to be his young son helping where he could, I had asked why only her and no one to help, we’ll she explained with COVID-19 it’s very hard to find people that want to work, understand the situation, I happy thank her for keeping her smile and professional poise in a busy late dinner with guests lined up waiting patiently for a table, we settled the invoice and gave her a little extra for her hard professional work, I believe the extra tip was fully with it after a great meal and especially amazing service. Please people, take in to account the people that are busting them selves in these conditions at this time. Thank you young lady which I didn’t ask your name and the owner of the restaurant for delivering a very great meal.

As we arrived our reservation was lost. We sat down and ordered pretty quick as we were famished. We received our entré about 20 min after we ordered. So far we have been in the restaurant for 130 and only got entrés. Litterally, every table got served and paid and left. We are now trying to leave as this service is a huge disaster. After we asked the server twice she finally admitted to us there was a mix up in the kitchen. But no one advised of of this mistake. Right now no one offered us anything besides an apology. And we are still waiting. When we received the order. It was wrong. We left because this was just too much.

Absolutely rude. We went in on time with our reservation that had been made for a table by the window. We get there. Two tables are empty by the window and they try to tell us they don't have one exactly at the window, that it isn't guaranteed etc...They never told us last night that it wasn't guaranteed and furthermore when we suggested that they tell whoever shows up after us that the window seat "isn't guaranteed " they had the eye rolls and the attitude and insisting their other clients had reserved before us etc...and STILL they kept acting like the alternative was close enough, good enough... They never said that spot was not guaranteed and we were on time. NO GOOD REASON for their rudeness.

Easy parking on the street on in the lot next door, the staff was friendly, the food was excellant and the prices were reasonable. There is a nice gluten friendly menu and the pizza crust is some of the best that I have ever tasted. A nice place for a friendly or a business lunch

This is the worst review I have ever given! The place was not very clean. The food was not good at all. There was even mold on the bread. The owner over charged and pretended not to understand what we were saying. Lesson learned...there is a reason no one else was in the restaurant eating!!!

The service was excellent. My boyfriend had the fettuccine carbonara which was delicious. I had the fettuccine with pesto and grilled chilcken and I found the chicken to be quite dry, although the sauce was good. We had the dessert of the day which was part of the table d'hôte and it was a minuscule "carrot cake" which more closely resembled a cake pop. I would give it more of a 3.5 stars but unfortunately that option isn't available.

EXTREMELY DISAPOINTING PIZZA!!!! Had the 13 inch seafood pizza that had absolutely no topping !!!! Walked out of the restaurant very hungry!
