I loved this place. Awesome atmosphere with a beautiful patio overlooking a marina and part of the lake. The service was really good and friendly and the beer was delicious. I hope we'll get the chance to go back to sample more beers and try some of there food. I highly recommend this place.

On the other hand, the squids were a little too salty, too bad because they were well cooked. Nice first experience. Les ognons étaient vraiment très bons. bien cuits et bien goûteux. Par contre les calmars étaient un peu trop salés, dommage parce qu'ils étaient bien cuits. Belle première expérience.

Went there for supper. They did not take reservations but we arrived around 7pm on a Friday night and waited about 20 minutes (2people) I recommend highly as the food was excellent and good beer too! FYI if you stay at a nearby B&B you might be entitle for some rebates!

Duck, duck, poutine! Service was friendly and very helpful. The food was incredible, such rich flavours and cooked to perfection! I've never had a salmon steak that was cooked as perfectly in my life! Shared their duck/apple/wanut salad and their salmon and duck poutine dishes with my partner, and we couldn't get enough!! Also, for those visiting, I highy recommend their taster for the beers, you get to try them all and we were very happy with all of them! Seriously, get anything here that has duck in it! They cook it to perfection and the flavour is incredible! Probably one of the best poutines I've ever had!

Really trendy spot in a historic building. I love the logo. Fun idea to use the local lake monster. The atmosphere was fun in this place. It seems to be a big spot for the locals. The beer is very good. They have a smallish menu. First line is in French for every item but listed in English underneath. A bit pricey but I am finding this as the norm in Canada.

We ordered the angus steak and a burger. The angus steak was great. Very tasteful and greatly balanced with the salad and fries. The burger was a bit disappointing considering the par being set high with the steak. The burger lacked taste but it wasn’t bad. Great selection of drinks! Very pleasant service. De plus, l’hôte nous invite à nous asseoir à une table temporaire (en attendant que les autres tables se libèrent). Ces tables n’ont aucunement été nettoyées pendant la durée de mon repas (je pouvais les voir de la table où j’étais assise). Aussi, pendant le temps dans les tables « d’attente », ils encouragent les personnes à entrer dans le restaurant pour aller se chercher à boire au bar. Il y a donc davantage de circulation sans masque et sans distanciation dans l’établissement.

Hungry after a great and chilling skate, this is the place to go. A nice selection of beers on draft, covering many different types of beer. We started with a flight so everyone could choose their beer based on real knowledge. All the beers we tried were excellent. We shared a fondue that came with lots of dipping items, bread, potatoes, cornichons, vegetables. It was top notch. Service was good, being so dumb as to only speak English was also not a problem. Honestly thought the food was incredibly subpar. Had the monster burger and the calamari. Calamari tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for the better part of a decade. Burger was Incredibly dry and overcooked. Bun was also stale. On the positive side, and what kept this from being a 1 star, was the fact that the double menton IPA brew was quite tasty. I’m not very familiar with the Magog culinary scene but I’d say this is a place to avoid, it would defy imagination to not think there are better restaurants in this cute town.

The only thing that we enjoyed was the duck appetizer. The Mac and Cheese was tasteless to the point where I couldn't even finish it, it was more like Mac and Milk. When the waiter asked me how my Mac and Cheese was, I told him that it wasn't very good and his response was that it was a hit and miss and that sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not depending on the kitchen. That is not acceptable. Needless to say that the service was poor, it was also very slow. I will not not be coming back and do not recommend this place for food.

Great spot. Tasty beers, great service and very good food. I was very surprised at how tasty the pork burger was. The house brews were very good but I honestly don’t think they brew them themselves. I think it’s simply another company with their name on it. The location is simply perfect. The crowd is great but gets really young after 10pm. Be warned.

So this place has the highest rating in Magog. its probably based on the fact that people are rarely very objective. Here are some quick facts... the restaurant is not on the main strip... just off but its the first place you see when you finish walking through the bay park. the terrace is right on the road and can get quite loud with cars and traffic noise. there is a lineup most weekends. good for the restaurant, bad for those who are trying to enjoy a meal because its like vultures waiting to pounce on a free table.... GET A RESERVATION! You will probably wait a while to order and get your meal, because its full. Food will be rushed out of the kitchen. Microbrews are decent. try liquor store restaurant up the street, which has more space and better views.

It was around 14:00 we stepped in. There were lots of people still enjoying their meal. I thought we need to wait a bit but the waitress she gave us nice outside table right away. Service was very quick and exact. Food was great. The dessert was super!!! I strongly recommend to everybody.

My friends and I were taking the day in the Eastern Township and one of them picked this microbrewery, La Memphré. Firstly, they had taken great measures to adapt to the pandemic and keep everyone safe and healthy. I felt at ease. Secondly, I was able to find so many options on the menu which made me drool. I have a limited diet, but there was a lot of healthy options! Thirdly, I was so jealous of the refreshing beers that my friends were enjoying, and their drinks were exactly what they like in beer! Very nice brewpub. The beers here we're pretty good, the ipa's and porters/stouts were particularly good. The food was well made and reasonably priced. The gluten free selection was minimal which is not unusual for a brew pub.

Came in on a Tuesday night to enjoy a flight of beers before leaving town and enjoyed the quality selection of beer as well as a great chat with the woman tending bar. 3 stars as all the beers I had were very good and unique, with a great selection. However, the food experience was not good. As a solo diner, I ordered 2 hot appetizers and a flight of beer. My order took well over 45min to make it to the table, and when it arrived, it was completely lukewarm. Server never came back after dropping off the food, except to bring my bill a half hour later, and being seated in a back corner I couldn't even flag them down. I'd understand a wait (busy kitchen, etc) but I'm inclined to believe the server forgot to put in or pick up my order. Wouldn't mind had the server said there would be a wait (or even that they forgot to put in my order!), but to drop barely warm food on the table and never come back until bringing my bill? I'll be going back for the beer, but I likely won't order food again.

Very cozy, relatively cheap place to grab a beer and a bite to eat, we had a wonderful time here. The server was very friendly and helpful, especially considering we are from the US and don’t speak any French. The beers were fantastic, I had the best IPA of my life here. Best place we went to on our trip to Magog. Beautiful terrace with different levels. We had no reservations and it was late. The hostess was very professional and polite and she said that she wasn't sure if she would have a table available in time but we could wait. Thankfully we did because we had a table within 10 minutes. I can't remember our waitress's name but she was amazing and friendly and the best service we received on our trip. We had the Tartare and the Reuben with fries and coleslaw. All very well presented and tasty. My favorite was the Reuben, a nice twist on a classic. If you like a smooth, easy drinking IPA, go for La Pointe Merry. You can also buy their beer for takeout which we did. The price is very reasonable for what you get here. Check it out. Bravo!

My favorite brewery atmosphere with fantastic seating both inside and outside! The beers are wonderful. I recommend trying some of their seasonal experimental beers. The food is better than at any other brewery I've been to (calamari and duck fat poutine are my absolute favorites). This is the first place I go whenever I return to Magog. The staff and fun, young, friendly and helpful.

MAYONNAISE... sont tous payants ! ceci afin d'éviter le gaspillage nous a dit la serveuse. très bien, mais... les portions sont copieuses, nous n'avons pas pu finir ni une ni l'autre de nos frites ... nous avons... gaspillé dommage, on aimait la place pour y être venus plusieurs fois avant ce week end.
