This is a public library in Lunenburg town.This library has great collection of books .This library offers free internet to the members .Membership is free here.This place offers printing ,photocopy and scanning services with reasonable price.Staff are very friendly and they always help.This is a quiet place.They provide talking book service here

Fantastic new location! We went for the public launch of the new location and it is just as beautiful and impressive as I thought it would be. It was thrilling to be in the old Academy building. They have done a really good job modernizing the library which has way more space than it did before. Good for Lunenburg with this one. A truly successful endeavour and I look forward to spending much more time there, especially now that I realise my library card has expired, haha.

We were just visiting from out of town so I can’t say much about the selection of materials, though after quick perusal it seemed like a good mix of old and new. The library itself is quite comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great library in a very neat old building, you can feel the history when you walk in the doors. I highly recommend giving this place a visit if you are new to Lunenburg or visiting (after quarentining of course to keep everyone safe) hopefully covid is over soon and Lunenburg returns to its original touristy vibe :)
