Ce qui est à corriger, c’est de rajouter plus de numériseur, il n’y en a qu’un seul pour tous les abonnés de la bibliothèque, il y arrive souvent des problèmes techniques avec leurs ordinateurs à l’étage du bas , ce qui fait que votre temps alloué ( temps alloué par jour pour l’ordinateur est de 2h maximum/jour) par la bibliothèque de Saint-Léonard s’écoule vite, le service à la clientèle est des fois questionnante, ainsi que la gestion des portes monnaies pour impression/photocopie, etc, c’est l’unique bibliothèque du réseau Nelligan qui a son propre porte monnaie, ce qui veut dire que si vous mettez de l’argent dans votre compte, vous allez dans une autre bibliothèque, votre argent n’y sera plus, car leur système diffère des autres bibliothèques, alors qu’elles devraient être toutes uniformes... Saint-Léonard se distingue en n’ayant pas la possibilité de transférer vos sous dans une autre Bibliothèque. Vos sous restent à la bibliothèque Saint-Léonard.
