(Original) J’aime beaucoup cette librairie et j’y vais régulièrement. J’aurais décerné 5 étoiles si ce n’était de mes deux dernières visites. Service très décevant, quasi désagréable, d’une employée. Première visite, je commande des livres. J’avais remarqué son accueil « bête » mais cela arrive à tout le monde des moins bonnes journée...Deuxième visite, je retourne récupérer ma commande. Erreur dans celle-ci de sa part, je me suis déplacée pour rien. Elle ne s’excuse pas, toujours aussi « bête »... et elle me dit qu’elle repasse la bonne commande cette fois. Bref, je n’ai jamais eu l’appel que mon livre est arrivé. J’ai choisi d’acheter ailleurs cet album que j’ai attendu pour rien... je vais retourner chez Alire mais j’espère ne plus tomber sur cette employée avec qui j’ai eu deux mauvaises expériences. Sinon...superbe librairie et les employés sont courtois et disponibles pour nous aider.
