Its kind of small, full of kids. But staff are really friendly, remember to bring earplugs or headphone if you intend to do intense study

It was a nice, quiet place to read over the few days while the kid was at the Don Wright Faculty of Music taking part in the Honour Band (for Ontario High School students). While I read my Kindle, my dad read magazines of which they were quite well stocked. Chairs were comfortable, staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean.

Nice and clean. Very much a family- oriented library. Lots of open space and toys. Friendly staff. But as others have noted, this is not at all a "quiet" library. If you need relative silence to study, this isn't your spot. ???? Great library though for families!

Library is nice for my kids. They love the toys and books. I wish the parents who bring there kids to the library would teach the kids to clean up after there done playing. It bothered me so I ended up cleaning the mess it had. Not blaming the library I'm blaming the parents for not teaching there little ones. It's also common courtesy.

I have always enjoyed visiting this library over the years. Today I visited the branch to job search and print some Resumes and although several people had some negative experiences, gave a low rating because they commented about the noise (by playing children in some cases), I haven't found it noisy whenever I've visited over the years. The staff today were very friendly, they greeted me kindly, allowed me plug my ebike in to charge outside, and they even sell coffee now for a dollar. Overall great experience today!

This is a great library with a lot to offer. There are plenty of sections and the staff is kind, helpful, and great with children. It is always a great experience to visit the Masonville Library.

We've been using this library for over 10 years now and though there have been a few bumps in the road everything has always been worked out pleasantly. My biggest gripe is with the DVDs and how at least one out of three disks have some sort of scratch on them that causes the movie to skip, pause, and then fail – causing us to have to stop the movie, find our spot again, and then skip past the corrupted section of the movie... Missing that part. The books are generally in good conditions. In the last few years we've started to use the eBook borrowing service and on a whole they've done a great job with implementing that service! Pretty satisfied with what this library has to offer! :)

This library is basically a playground for children. I thought a library was supposed to be a calm space to go to for access to different resources. If you are wanting to study or a quiet space, this is NOT the place! There is a toy station in the middle of the library with kids screaming and banging toys around. I understand having programs available for children but there should not be constant loud NOISE all day long at this library. Disappointing.

Nice quaint library in north London. But NOISEY!! Its basically an indoor playground. I can understand being family friendly -- but the large play area combined with entitled parents makes it unbearable. Don't expect complete silence, but loud banging, screaming kids etc makes it VERY unpleasant for other library users.
