Dommage mais personnellement je vois pas son potentiel. Son infractucture mérite 1 étoile. Sachons que c'est édifice peuvent facilement coûter plus demi-million dommage que c'est a ça que ça ressemble. Beaucoup de négligence.

(Original) Quand on dit bibliothèque on s'imagine une place paisible où le SILENCE et le chuchotement sont fondamentaux. Cette bibliothèque mérite vraiment un gros zéro côté silence. C'est pas croyable. Les murs sont ouverts de partout, des salles de révision où parfois des jeunes du secondaire ou primaire font du bruit et on les entend. Les salles du personnel des bureaux. Le personnel avant parle fort, rit, converse de leurs fin de semaine avec leurs collègues bien normal. Le monde qui rentre pour demander des informations parlent autant fort qu'eux et en plus, ILS NE LEURS DISENT RIEN et continue à parler, pas chuchoter PARLER. Il y'a des événements parfois et les organisateurs ne respectent en aucun cas le monde qui viennent pour étudier ou lire un livre paisiblement. Franchement, aucun respect pour les autres, aucun civisme pour une bibliothèque, si on peut appeler ça une bibliothèque. Vous devrez changer le nom de cette place ; ajoutez des caissiers et des machines à cafés et appelle-là plutôt : Café Henri-Bourassa. Franchement, vous voulez vous concentrer cher public... je vous déconseille FORTEMENT. Elle ne mérite même pas une étoile. =) ça fait du bien de se vider le coeur et je suis sûre que je ne suis pas la seule à penser ça.

I Love this library. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The reason I gave three stars is because the library established rules that the direction does not respect. I was told to put my mask on while studying, meanwhile I would notice every time I went to the washroom that the whole staff in the back room had no mask. Shouldn't the rules be applied towards everyone?
