Incredible stay. Customer service is 10/10. The basic room is extremely basic, but the actual hotel grounds are gorgeous, it's banff after all. Anywhere you sit outside for coffee, you're looking at the craziest sunsets and the rockies. You can take a walk in the area and feel entertained by nature for hours. Our lamp didn't work, and they upgraded our room instantly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Louise Inn. Great location with a nice inside pool, hit tub and fantastic gym! Plenty of parking and an easy walk into town.

Nice hotel. Close to the ski hill with a free shuttle. The one bedroom with loft are a bit dated (retro early 90's); but they had plenty of room and were comfortable. Restaurants in the hotel were very nice.

Lovely place. Stayed here with our parents and wedding party. Very helpful and friendly staff. They do not have an oven in the junior suite which I did not realize until arriving but otherwise exactly what we wanted. Quiet. Beautiful lighting for getting ready in the morning. Our hair and makeup team were super happy. Would stay again.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Lake Louise Inn, in a one bedroom condo with loft. What a perfect way to accommodate our group. The space worked out great for our needs, and we were all very pleased with the room, the staff, and especially the location. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to this beautiful area.

I would give it 10 Stars if I could! In three weeks of traveling, I have not encountered a harder working staff, so eager to assist. Everyone was friendly! Our chosen room was the most basic offering (we knew we would only be returning to the room to sleep) but other rooms were suites and had offerings like jacuzzis and fireplaces. Our room had no a/c, fridge or microwave (basic) but it did have a fan, opening window, coffee maker and electric kettle. Lots of hot water for the tub/shower and very comfy beds. We needed a good night's sleep and got it! As railroad photographers, we were happy that this hotel is close to main tracks but for other people, you may want to request a room that is not facing the train tracks. They did provide earplugs for lighter sleepers, which was proactively thoughtful. Although we did not avail ourselves of these amenities, it was very nice to see such a beautiful swimming pool and several hot tubs, and know that if we wanted to, we could have borrowed some bicycles to explore the area and that they had complimentary mini golf on site. Personally, I loved the free postcard that we were offered and I used it right away to write home! There are three restaurants on site however the time of our visit one of them was closed. There was also a small convenience store on site and a coffee bar. There is an upstairs pizza and pasta restaurant (Timber wolf) which, when we visited on our second evening was a little bit busy with about a half hour wait. The main floor restaurant called Legends was fantastic. We had both dinner, and two breakfasts there and I cannot say enough about the atmosphere, incredible service, and fantastic food. Lake Louise is a long way from my home, but the next time I find myself in this part of the world I am definitely returning here!! Congratulations team, you made our visit very pleasant

As far as accommodations go, it's pretty standard lodging. The rooms are fairly average and the TV barely qualifies as a computer monitor. However, with several dining options, pool and hot tubs on site, there really isn't much to complain about... After all, if you're planning on staying in your room the whole time, there are better travel destinations. Speaking of travel destinations, you pretty much come here to explore the outdoors and being located in the village and (figuratively) and stone's throw away from Lake Louise rounds out the experience neatly for a 5 star review from me.

Location was exceptional being under 5 minutes to Lake Louise Ski Resort. Also close to a nice shopping plaza with a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop etc... The staff would respond to any requests in incredible short amount of time. The newly renovated loft unit we had was so cute and had so much storage that was very easy to stow away everything. One thing that I did find a little misleading was the size of the units . They are very small compared to the pictures that are shown on the website. What you see is probably 1/3 the size the units actually are. This I believe should be addressed ASAP!!

This hotel was pretty good. The room itself had everything we needed, although the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the tv from the guest next door and then his snoring later that night. I am a light sleeper so it woke me a couple times. Other than that the room was clean and ample parking was included located at the back of the property.

Booked through a Travelzoo deal which was amazing, definitely recommend if it’s available!! Staff in the hotel and restaurant are very friendly although I found the restaurant to be under staffed. We didn’t have the greatest view for our room, it was the pool and hot tub. We didn’t think it was smart to have the hot tub operating during the 4th wave of the pandemic, hot tubs are a breeding ground for so many types of bacteria. We arrived on the day the government issued a state of emergency, but yet the hot tub and pool had no restrictions. Rooms were clean, housekeeping did not come daily but we were ok with this. If we needed anything, just had to call down and they bring to you very quickly. Still gave this 4 stars because it was a great value and clean.

Good stay here. Although it’s right next To the highway, we couldn’t hear anything inside our rooms which was good! Room 512 , PLEASE stay away from that room unless you want sleepless nights. The Heater? Is broken and makes loud noises in the middle of the night , we couldn’t sleep at all and complained to the hotel manager ent and they said there is “nothing we can do” lol… how about you fix it? Overall the room was clean, nicely presented.

Lake Louise Inn staff provided us with all the information we needed regarding the changes they have made to housekeeping etc due to covid upon check in. The hotel is also very central. The room was exactly as shown in the photos when booking and was very clean. We had booked the Summit Deluxe 2 Queen room which is newly renovated and to my surprise had a adorable balcony facing the forest. For the negative reviews below, I believe it may be due to the fact that when booking, the older, unrenovated rooms were booked, which are about $15-$20 cheaper/day. It is definitely worth the extra few bucks for a newly renovated room. The only issue I had is that all rooms are connected by a door, and the guests in the room next to us were very loud as of 5am in the morning, which made it hard to sleep past 5am the first night. The hotel did provides ear plugs. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean, they don't have AC but I was there in +38 weather and it wasn't that bad, they provided lots of fans. We were missing our chairs for the patio, I think another room was using them, I called and there we back within the hour. I only when to the restaurant once for breakfast but it was very good and reasonably priced for the area.

Visited recently this beautiful place , did hiking and scrambled for 5 days . Hotel staff are , helpful kind and knowledgeable of the area. Very well organized local bus service , that takes you to Lakeshore where you are able to continue on many trailheads . Plain of Six Glaziers Teahouse , lake Agnes , St.Piran , Fairview and many more Kent wait to go back .????

Nicely renovated apartment with queen in separate room and Murphy bed with couch that converts to bunk beds. Lower level unit so easy to hear noise from above and water hammer from above unit water pipes.

We booked 2 nights at Lake Louise Inn through Hotwire. Since it was pretty easy to tell that we were getting the Inn from the reviews and stars, even though you don’t get confirmation until you book (with Hotwire). So we saved $100 over booking directly with the hotel. After we got there we felt the room was a little small and there was no balcony so i wrote a review literally as we were unpacking and within 5 minutes we had a phone call to our room asking about the review and if there was anything they could do. I mentioned an upgrade with a balcony and they offered this to us for an extra $10 a night! Service was excellent and the free bike loan a nice bonus. Would stay here again. Nice and handy to everything Lake Louise has to offer.
