What a great little gem inside the Kitchener Public Library. My team held a meeting there and Chris and his team delivered some great coffee and treats. The egg bites were a big hit. Very ???? tasty. Everything was delivered hot and fresh.

Hacienda provided tea, coffee and water for a recent staff meeting. Everything was ready at the time required, coffee was very good, we certainly will use them again.

Great selection of coffee, teas and specialty drinks. Snacks and light lunch options are also good. I love hanging out at the library to escape the chaos of the city. Having a cafe inside makes everything incredibly convenient for my mobility issues and chronic pain. Hacienda staff are always so friendly and kind. Thank you Hacienda and KPL for creating such a wonderful inclusive space!

Great coffee, however terrible customer service. On-line open hours are inaccurate they close 30 min. before the library closes down. Last three times I tried to get a latte and hot chocolate they shut down their espresso machine 45 min. before their actual closing time. So don't expect to get your latte at 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday! Unfriendly staff. Would not recommended the place due to poor customer service.

As the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce holds multiple educational series and meetings at the KPL, we consistently depend upon Hacienda Coffee Inc to cater these meetings. Not only are they conveniently located in downtown Kitchener, but their coffee is always fresh and delicious!

Pretty good and conveniently placed inside the library. Sometimes I wish they had more food options when I'm feeling too lazy to leave the library, but that's more my fault than theirs :P
