Great place with kids activities throughout the day, computer access, kids toys, splash pad, basketball nets, rooms to rent for meetings or occasions and the KPL attached to the building. Friendly staff always there to help you with your needs too.

(OP Edit March 2020) - I honestly can't remember when it opened back up- but oh my!!! There's at least 3 different gymnasiums now that I saw (I only took a brief look) I haven't taken a closer look at the groups being offered now- but I need to get on that (I'd love for my little guy to do a couple programs over the summer before school starts ☺️)

This is a small community center that is do for an upgrade. They have a mobile skate park, a small splash pad, basketball outside, and all the normal community centre stuff inside, gym, help desk, computers.

The village was wonderfully populated with helpful folks acting like they are from that era - it was educational and the kids had fun running around the safe open spaces. It does get a little stinky where the animals are, but that is to be expected - urbanites, you have been warned.

Had really terrible experience there. I had sent my 3 year old daughter for the paid pre school program that they run once a week. The way they handled the program was terrible. Probably due to being a brown skinned girl in the class my daughter had very bad experience- of neglect. Today she was Sitting in her class soiled ( don't know for how long she has been sitting like that ). They didn't show the kindness to help her use washroom or check on her or give us parents a call to let us know this happened. I have personally observed my daughter being ignored when she tries to say hello or good morning to her teachers over there. I will never recommend this program to any one.

Very interesting and informative. Different than other historical villages in that the year is 1914, not pioneer or colonial themed. The interpreters are very knowledgeable and there's lots to see. Tour guides cater to the age of the group.

Library. Not many books selections for non fictions here. I had to ordered from another location.this library is being renovated. Parking is limited and inconvenient. Please order more books.

Too many vague people coming there near the field ...one guy hit my car while reversing...so b careful where u park. I parked on the street.

I have been taking the adult fitness classes here for years and years! Great mix of programs and instructors. I've met a lot of friends by joining these classes :) So excited for the expansion as well !
