Situated on a busy traffic corridor, the Willian G. Davis Centre is an eye-catching construction for all patrons of UW. The common theme of colourfulness strands together lecture halls, offices, and a library. Cantilevered caged lights provide spectacular decoration and visual relief for those facing too many books in the library. Across the multitude of elevation, population of students criss-cross their paths, hurrying towards their respective destinations. A truly wonderful building, save for the proliferating use of grim fluorescent lighting.

Downtown China. Fully packed all the time and the study spaces are extremely outdated. The chairs, washrooms and desks downstairs are so outdated and vulgar it's actually embarrassing on the schools part. Many students study at Waterloo, they should invest some money into making this library a suitable space for out-of-class learning.

Always super busy, but living in residence I did alot of studying here. I once checked out a reserved book in 2008, but forgot to return it. They were nice enough to email me after I transferred schools. I wonder what that late fee is now?

The internet here sucks. Hard to believe the biggest library in one of the top universities of Canada has such a bad internet connection. It’s not only slow, but also extremely laggy and unstable.

Can get really busy around exam times. It's close to the DC Cafe and plaza, so people tend to camp here and cram for exams.

This library is always packed, really hard to find a place to study. The basement is suitable for group study whereas the upper floor is mainly for silent or quiet study. There is a food court nearby along with a Tim Hortons. The wifi here is terrible, really slow especially in the classrooms. I got 0.3 MBPS during a lecture which is terrible.
