Little bad experience I would like to share.i borrowed an item from the library,returned the item ,no check out on the file. 2 months later I renewed my library card everything was fine. 2 months later I found a fine for a missing item on my file. They lost it from the library so one of the staff went to the borrowers list and place a fine on my file. When I discussed the issue with the manager he fixed the situation and removed the fine.
