I had to pay late fees until I returned from travel. I have a rather unpleasant memory of my visit to the library unfortunately. J’ai accidentellement réservé un roman en vérifiant sa disponibilité sans m’en rendre compte, ce qui m’a valu des frais pour ne pas avoir honoré ma réservation à temps. Deuxièmement, on m’avait informée qu’il était possible de renouveler l’emprunt d’un roman en ligne. Lorsque j’ai voulu le faire, un autre usager avait réservé mon roman, ce qui m’empêchait de renouveler. J’ai du payer des frais de retard jusqu’à ce que je revienne de voyage. Je garde un souvenir plutôt déplaisant de ma visite à la bibliothèque malheureusement.
