What kind of library doesn't open until 12??? They shound be opened by 9am and close at 7:30pm. We actually NEED libraries to be open. Not all homes have quiet areas with desks in them to use. Not WANT. But NEED. Plus no parking and a rude staff. That's 3 strikes
