Such an awful place to study. If you are looking for a library just go somewhere else because it looks like a cafe. People talk together out loud, talk on the phone, and watch videos without earphones! You wonder why the library attendants don't say anything to them? Because they are chatting with eachother too!!! There is no zero star option unfortunately...

It is a nice place to see at the shopping mall! I believe that this location will be here only a few years while the library building's renovation takes place.

Whenever I call. The front desk personnel (Jen) is always very warm, friendly and eager to provide good service and the information I need. The location is a great temporary resource while the York Woods Library is renovating.

Great to have a library in the community howbeit temporarily. Space is small so has limited capacity. The staff are friendly and helpful.
