Great programs for a community library, and very helpful staff, really, I've seen them walk people through difficult application, forms, etc. However during weekdays it does get loud due to an oversaturation of school kids, and it becomes difficult to get a computer (make sure to book before hand).

Strip mall branch with a small collection, no area dividers (can get noisy) and apparently no bathrooms. Small study tables with chargers available by the windows. Surprisingly good access to transit: 84 Sheppard W in addition to 165 Weston N and 989 Weston Express.
