excellent service and staff. this is how a library should be in the 21 century. ....on main floor there are great space for individuals to use their lap tops, to socialize and talk on the phone without having someone complaining....also has extremely quite areas for studying/working quietly. .......on basement huge variety of family and children books, play area and individual rooms to be use for anything. 2nd floor is currently under renovation but it has always been the quite area.

Friendly staff, nice facility. We signed out some board books for my son, but unfortunately there was nowhere for us to sit and read together while we were there, likely due to covid restrictions.

Great Library. Not the newest, but spacious enough and is well organized on the inside. Was surprised to find a few tables available for use even after school. Most other libraries are packed.

There is a large selection of video's at the Richview library as well as a large selection of books, and about twenty computers. There is a section for "Teens" with funky coloured couches to read and lounge. A big plus is that this branch has an automated return machine in the front lobby between the two sets of doors. - A Richard Trus review

They went above and beyond to help me print and email the pages. Note the library computers shut down by 7:10pm automatically! Also you can send your print to the library from home before the 7:10PM library computer lockdown

Free wifi, but seats are limited when its crowded. Sometimes when there are computer classes on the top floor(1st floor) it is super loud. No one other than those in the class can concentrate.

Ian from digital innovation hub was very helpful and friendly. In case you didn't know, there are 3d printers here. There are also machines with Adobe creative cloud. There is a large format scanner, green screen, audio studio. Make sure to check this great public resource out!

I mostly go to library for my daughter's story books ???? and it is insane...they have the complete basement dedicated to kids and teens...the staff is super nice(behavior) super knowledgeable(books) and they go out of the way to search for books ???? to suit your interests.

A really nice place to spend time. Lots of books and computers, nice comfy sitting places with wifi, time passes really fast when you’re in this library. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Good parking spaces. Elevator and handicap parking available. The kids area is really cool for the little ones with different activities. This branch offers different activities for everyone in the family.

Great facility... not so great users. People should uNader stand this is a library. So why bring kids where other people are working. Use of Mobiles should not be allowed. No eating of crackers. No meetingsuch or loud talking I the working area. Discipline discipline.. discipline.... that would make this place a great facility.

Love this branch. Noisy at times but that means it's popular, right? Staff are usually polite and helpful. Wi-fi signal is middling (usually congested). The refurbishment was only on the main floor. Do visit and make sure our libraries stay open.

Great place for parents to bring their kids to play, see other kids, and go to free classes. There are frequent breaks in the class schedule and the teachers and staff seem to change a lot. Lots of good books. Nice clean play area for the children. Lots of space and friendly atmosphere.

Great place to study but be aware children can be loud and not realize it causing a distraction. They need some BE QUIET SIGNS in every corner of the library so people don't forget it is still a library.

This is a great library. We particularly enjoy the children's floor in the basement. The programs they have are great with friendly staff. The selection of books are superb. I highly recommend this place.

A very nice library, but the wifi on the second floor kicks you off from time to time. It is also very difficult to connect. It's hot on the second floor btw. I don't like the plastic chair. It's uncomfortable and makes me uneasy sitting there. Not a good place to study anymore. They use to have a quite study area.

Great place to study. Can be a bit loud due to the kids on the main floor. If you are looking for quiet study/reading space, upstairs is best. Security guard is great at keeping the noise to a minimum especially in the silent study areas.

Etobicoke's district library, with all the services that implies. Children's section in the basement, large collection on two floors, and lots of study spaces with charging stations. Program rooms on the second floor.

EW. Richview library decides it is perfectly acceptable to support white supremacist ideologies as they are hosting a memorial for a racist lawyer. I will never step foot in such a terrible place again. One small action that is very appalling and disgusting.

Richview library offers an astonishing number of programs for all ages and interest groups, ranging from business seminars in partnership with HumberLaunch to toddler reading and play clubs. You can get training on how to use a 3D printer, book a librarian to help with your research or just hang out in the kids' play area. There are public computers and study rooms. The main entrance was undergoing renovations in the summer of 2016 and now the front doors are open - yay!

By far the best Toronto Public Library that I've been to. It's so spacious and the variety of seating areas is great. It can be slightly noisy though if there are teenagers walking around the place.

Tried to study on the 2nd floor here and was constantly being distracted by other guests. Librarians obnoxiously dropping books onto the shelves for hours at a time didn't help either. There is a wide variety of books and most of the staff are knowledgeable at least
