This library is well organized, spacious and has a great selection. Every time I go there, the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my favourite libraries, I just wish it was open on Sundays

Love having this resource, connecting with our community, and the chess and lego clubs are a favourite with my kids

Struggled with the rating for this library. As others have mentioned this library is a mix between a zoo and prison yard after 3:30 and at lunch hour when the local school lets out. As a parent I’m happy kids can go here and hang out as opposed to some of the seedier local hangouts but staff have limited ability to tame these kids. We really enjoy story time on Saturday mornings and the times when the library is quiet. Nice selection of children’s books.

I’ve been coming to this library since I was 4 years old and had the red and white library card. Would advise not to go during high school lunch and after school hours because it’s always full of noisy high school kids. Other than that, it’s nice and quiet, kept relatively clean, and the staff are all friendly.

I live nearby and go this library to chill. They have a number of computer stations to go online and a number of comfy chairs to lounge and read.

It's a nice library.... until 3:30 when school lets out and the place turns into a prison yard. What is the point of having a security guard if they will not enforce any kind of order?

Anon Tablet

Neighborhood library on two floors with empty floor space for collection expansion or extra tables. Good amount of tables, several with power strips. Schoolkids seem to use this branch loudly as a lunch hall for some reason. Also, WiFi interruptions. Massive problems for a branch with so much potential.

This library needs to control or limit the amount of behaviour kids that come in unsupervised (no adults) and feel entitled to blast music (with profanity). Not to mention also, constantly using profanity and speaking extremely inappropriately to others/friends! There are little tiny children around and even older children. It doesn't matter. The librarians almost seem afraid to ask these kids (and it's pretty much the same ones) to either behave or leave or even ban them! I stopped going here even though it's across the street from us, because of this, such a shame. I used to see parents appalled look on their face when over hearing these kids and watching their tasteless behaviour. Terrible etiquette!

The service is really nice

Good library to get work done at but the high schoolers can be really really irritating sometimes. Staff struggle to control them. Other than that, it’s quite a nice library and super convenient. Shame it’s not open Sundays.
