The people who work their are very rude, the ones I have come across anyways. They look at you rudely the moment you come in the library.

I went and got renewed my library Card. Staff was nice enough to explain all details to me. I was very satisfied with her service. I do think Library is a little small but it's ok in general.

The library is great, quiet and clean! I'm putting 2 stars because I asked the lady at front if she has an extra mask, I wanted to change mine because it getting old and starting to smell. She told me "We don't give mask out just like that, if you were to come inside without one we would have given you one!" So this made me really uncomfortable and unwelcomed! Should I go out throw my mask and go back in so she would give me a disposable mask that cost less than a penny!! What's wrong with people these days!!

Great place to study. Solid high speed internet connection. Sometimes it gets a little distractingly noise... mostly from babies and inconsiderate adults.

It is a peaceful and quiet place, the staff is helpful, there is usually not much people. There is an upstairs area to study in. I only wish there was a larger selection of books in some of the categories, but overall a good place.

Service sould little bit better.

Rhoda Manishevitz

Great local library with helpful staff all observing safety protocols.

Chris Charuk

This library has books which are good, and a pleasing atmosphere with delightful modern architecture. It features helpful staff and a security guard who dutifully observes patrons and sneers dissaprovingly at ne'er do wells.

This is a small neighbourhood library with a small first floor and a quiet-study area on the loft floor. Staff were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. There's not a huge selection of books (approximately 5 walls of fiction and a few rows of non-fiction), but you can always put things on hold for pick-up. It's a very cozy library and great for a quiet-study session or quiet reading.

I like this library for its wonderful programming (Mike Ford/Songwriting) ... but I dislike the noise and intrusively loud phone calls and conversations people have on the ground floor reading/study area. Most of these "noisies" are on the computers. So you can't rely on being able to concentrate.

Chris Colangelo

This is a very small library. The staff are very rude and stuck up. I only go here if I have too.

Pretty good for a small neighborhood library branch. Not a huge amount of books but I find they're good quality books. The children's section and children's programming are very good. Downside is that this place can get quite noisy so it's not an ideal place for studying sometimes.

Decent size library. Love it.

No library card during lockdown! Unbelievable! I finally run to the library today to pick up kids’ books. Oddly enough the selection was limited to a few packages of book, aligned by the window, max 6 packages for adults and same for kids. Also, due to lockdown I had only the temporary digital access card, but not good enough to take books home. This was my second attempt during lockdown going into a public library and trying to get a library card. The library assistant tried to explain to me, although I find it hard to understand why people can not get a library card during lockdown. It is simply lack of visionary management by the public library. Nowadays managerial decision has to adopt the to new reality. Too bad !

Small'ish "neighborhood" tier library aimed at children and youth. Upstairs "quiet study" area is woefully under furnished (number of tables) for the large'ish available square footage. More significantly, in a laptop and tablet era (2016), power outlets are too few -- under provisioned for user demand. The few that there are, are too far from the table layout the staff seem to insist on. One or two "spot blockers" (spot = power outlet) can ruin the usefulness of the visit for many others.

Was not a good afternoon. I was ignored by staff for 40 minutes. Didn't have a card but told I could use computer and printer as a guest. Computer had 15 minute limit. Kid kept logging back in and playing some stupid game with loud sound effects. Over an hour later i was fed up and left. Twice I asked staff for help and they did nothing.

Quite large for a neighborhood library. Has a nearly empty second level that can handle more tables or shelves. Study tables are explicitly labelled as quiet areas. Only a few power outlets here and there, and WiFi can be weak on the upper level.

One time I was there, actually my first, the library ladies was extremely rude. I didn't even wanted to ask for any help from them... But once I came to check in my books and moved to the shelves area, the most polite and amazing lady came to me! And she didn't want to leave me until I found the necessary shelf! Thanking her a lot!
