This location could really use customer seecie lessons . No hi, bye, no thank you . Normally scan my books with self check out, one time it didnt work, went to the check out desk. No hi, nothing, just " u didn't touch the screen thats why its not working " um yes I did, I check out books every few days . Just very unpleasant staff to deal with. Always grumpy, unsociable, very unfriendly. Library is tiny. I only use it to pick up items I put on hold from other locations

This location is ok to study but they also need thicker windows to block the sound from outside as last year, I was studying for my final exams and around 11 am, the Santa Clause Parade made noise down Lakeshore Blvd West and it distracted me as there was no way of blocking out the sound. As a result, I failed two of my exams but luckily passed all of them including the ones that I received a failing grade on the exam.

This library is a solid spot if you need a space to do some work or study. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of spaces in the library, and if it's particularly busy, it might be hard to find a space with an electrical outlet. There is one room in this library that has plenty of space, but it is sometimes occupied by interest groups, so you can't always rely on being able to use that space. The book and magazine selection seems okay, but that is not a feature that brings me to the library. It should be noted that there are many Polish-language books at this library, making it a particularly useful library for anyone that is interested in those. There are several public-use computers, and there is usually at least one that is available for use. The aesthetic is nothing to write home about, but it is an acceptable spot to do work from time to time. Notably, there are no water fountains in the library, but there are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Everyone loves a Library! Nice, quiet, and clean. Some nice historical pictures of Longbranch up on the walls.

This library has tried very hard to provide service during the Covid pandemic. Books ordered come quickly and you are notified right away. I like the "grab bag of books" idea. Got out "Classics" bag, found books I had read long ago but really enjoyed rereading in a more mature way. Great effort!

Not a lot of space, but this branch does sufficient work with what it has. Even has some tables with charging stations. Foreign language materials are oriented for the local community (e.g. Polish). Only failing is an absolutely anemic scifi collection.

Called this library multiple times and they pickup and hangup to avoid calls. Library is very small with limited selection of old obsolete books. Not sure what the purpose of this library is. What a joke.

This is a smaller library, but if people bothered to look it up on the library webpage they would know that. This is a great cozy area to study or read. The younger fellow attending the desk, let me print a few pages using a staff computer login, as it was a one time deal. I like that type of thinking.

Super convenient to be able to pick up holds in the neighbourhood. Unfortunately the front desk staff for the curbside pickups are inconsistent and lead to a lot of time being wasted. I have left my library card at home before and had staff be willing to provide my digital card with ID to pickup, other times told me they wouldn’t and you walk back and get it. I understand rules, but wish they were enforced consistently to save folks a half an hour walk.
