Perfect place to study! Not as packed as the other libraries in Richmond and its a pretty big plus that it has a Starbucks right across it.

The books are comprehensive. Place is very quiet and there's not so many people as Richmond centre's library.

Daytona (Drift)

I asked the front desk how much a pair of headphones were, they stated they were $4, I mentioned that I found a pair of headphones at the computer desk, I could just use while I'm using a computer. They took the headphones, and said that they are not mine. Even though they were laying around for hours. They would have never known there was a pair of headphones at one of their computers if it wasn't for me. I feel discriminated against and they tried to make money off me to buy their stupid headphones. Never go here.

Library currently open including study area with social distance spacing marked. Computer room also available but with social distance limits so only half of computers available. Book donations still not accepted due to Covid19

The library wasn't too busy and there were clear instructions for socially distancing. Everyone was wearing a mask. It's pretty much my favourite place to visit.

terrible selection and things are always not available even if requested. all computers are continuously occupied even when students are just gathering for socializing. heard to concentrate there at times.

Very quiet. The DVD dispenser always seem to have what I want, unlike Steveston and Richmond Centre. Cambie is too far so I come here.

Such bs. The library used to never charge people for overdue items but now they do even if you are a day late! I was just charged $10 and tried to renew my book but was then told I could not due to "exceeding the highest point of overdue" even when i clearly remember pressing renew as soon as i got the notification.

Lots of different areas to study, haven't looked at any of the books but looks decent, great staff. -1 star for turning off the lights 40 minutes before closing...I can understand if they give a 15 minute warning, but what's the point of the 40 minute switch? Makes the patrons anxious and thinking, "is the closing time changed today?" Bizarre.

great place to access information with plentiful computers, quiet study area and a wonderful lounge and a great place for kids and families with an area for them as well. The book collection isn't great but vast majority is from the 'net anyways and you can always reserve books to be sent there as well from other libraries

There was a guy not wearing mask and coughing from time to time today. He was sitting at the table that is facing the window where many chairs are stacked. He walked around without mask... It's good thing that the library have the warning signs to tell people to wear mask but I guess it is fine to now follow it...

Smaller library compared to the main branch. Operations also scaled back due to covid but they remain open. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy…so overall a nice way not to drive to city centre.
