Very clean and bright which put me in a good headspace to get some work done. I looked around and found books in both French and English. I do wish there was some more seating for people doing work. My devices connected to the free WiFi immediately, and the internet was fast.

The librarian is extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to get a library card and was yelled at by the young librarian with long dark hair. Instead of helping me or explaining the document I was missing, she actually raised her voice at me, before telling me she couldn't help me and walking away. I guess I was expecting a librarian to be kind or gentle, silly me.

Great atmosphere, bright, clean, but too noisy. Unfortunately, it is the staff members who are the noisiest. If any guests talk too much, they don't care either. Also, it is a pity that they discard the older, well read books in favour of any newly published book, good or bad.
