(Translated) Superb welcome from Crystal. Limited choice of French books on site, but possibility of bringing desired books from other libraries to pick them up in Montague. Very satisfied with the place, perfect for my children from 2 to 9 years old. (Original) Superbe accueil de Crystal. Was desperate for internet for a timely assignment. Showed my library card and ID. Was told to fill out a paper. Filled out paper, then told I didn't need to fill out paper. Given internet password and told I needed to try numerous times to get it to work; tried probably 20 times, no connection. So frustrating. The librarian at desk offered no help or no problem solving for me. Just kept saying, try again. Finally left, frustrated. A government building and a citizen can't get on the internet. Shameful!
