Not good. Things have changed, I had always left my card at the library. She said they were all thrown away. She didn't offer to find me in the system. She did not offer to get me another card. She offered no solution so I could take out a dozen books or so. I left the books sitting on her desk. Guess I won't be going to use the service anymore.
