Awesome place to study. Staff are so helpful to keep things going harmoniously. Lots a book collection as well. Always clean, staffs frequent inspections through out the library. Sorry, I can't able to give beyond 5 stars. Only wish is the wifi, it's weak when studying at the side of comics book shelves, they can improve it if it's a concern of many. And forgot about the timings, only this library opens at 9.30am which gives almost 11hours of time to study. Thank you.

(Translated) A very cozy place. With several options of shops and cafes. Ideal to enjoy it during the summer. Take a walk on the river, take good photos, see the Canadian geese on the riverbank eat. Quite a nice library, and has a lot of activities for kids! A lot more books hidden in back areas so keep looking beyond just the first few rows! Staff are quite helpful (they're usually slightly older ladies, and they're always willing to chat) so it feels so nice to stop by and take it slow. the art opportunities here are great as well, and the gallery isn't too bad!

Queen square library is a wonderful place! It has small classes for kids to help learn and get ready for kindergarten. Sometimes at queens square there are little shows, like about reptiles, books, and so on. Queen square is a all age friendly library and I am proud to say it is one of my favourite libraries!

You never know what you'll find when you visit Idea Exchange. A fusion of art, culture, collaboration, education and sharing. This is the place to be. Was blown-away by how a more traditional organization turned its mandate upside-down and 'reinvented' itself to serve its community in more meaningful ways. While I'm not from Cambridge I can honestly say I'll return in the future.

Great staff and good library. This is Cambridge's closest to a central library. Not as extensive as the more modern Kitchener Public Library but a great place nevertheless.

I would like to go to the art gallery when it's warm and the seating for reading and going on the computer is always great they offer good programs for adults and kids and has my favorite genre of books like fiction science fiction and dystopia people can play games here and is usually peaceful and quiet very good to enjoy your self and bring children

We love the drop in programs at this library for kids! We have two boys, and our 2 year old loves the Explore on the Floor program every Tuesday morning! The staff is wonderful, and the activities are always great!!

This place is so cool!! A great spot to work with plenty of desks, tables and cubicles to be productive. It’s usually fairly quiet and is my go to spot in Cambridge for working. Keep in mind that the parking lot has a 2 hour time limit, but what a great space to work.

The staff and volunteers are very helpful when I'm on the computer(and I'm thankful for THAT access) and for self serve checking out cd, dvds, books when I have questions or am stuck. i like all the boards to read community events, art shows....and the library has many live concerts to attend.The art gallery is always worth visiting.Wed. Arts and Soul Group...creative art projects lead by talented artists... afternoons are well lead and fun to attend. Its noisier on the main floor than I like now that it is a community centre with family and childrens activities...not like the quiet zone it used to be.so it's a buzzing hub of activity...life!! I appreciate having libraries in all 3 city centres..Galt,Preston, and Hespeler..very convenient!! Each has its own character and offerings.

Love to go here on my own to read a newspaper or magazine, pick out some music or a DVD. Of course I am always looking for reading material from the classics to the latest releases. I also come here with my great grandchildren...they love it here. I am trying to instill the love of books, electronic or paper. I have used their computer services and photocopying, although the photocopying is cheaper at Shoppers Drug. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is always something going new to see or do.

I have always loved this library....Outstanding place for learning, exploring and creating for both adults and children! Today, I was in with my grandson at 1:30 and the employee that was present at that time, had little desire to represent the values you have tried to build up. He was simply playing and enjoying what we, the tax payers pay for ... and her attitude was clean-up after yourself, don't enjoy yourself and allow a 2.5 year boy to have fun in a environment designed specifically for that purpose... and went as far as being rude at check-out. Sorry... I have support this library and love it... but this staff member should also understand this is a publicly funded environment, for everyone's enjoyment.
