The people who work here have always been so kind to my son and are quite helpful whenever I need to find a book or other resources. There were many scheduled programs for kids and a lovely play area for toddlers as well. The upstairs is for adults and is set up beautifully. I have missed being able to take my son inside SO much since covid started. We are really looking forward to the day that things fully open up again.

This is a great library! My son loves coming here to play with the toys while we pick up some new books to read. There is also no late fee for books under a child's account.

Amazing library. The staff are amazing and so helpful. We have so much fun learning with all there kids programs. So happy we have Idea Exchange Hespeler.

I live for this library! The people there are so nice and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. It is family friendly and accepts everyone. Love it!

Great place for babies and kids to get together and learn. I love the free program they have set up each day that are very well put together. The library is very clean and the staff I spoke to were friendly. I do wish there was more parking.

Been a while since I've been to this Hespeler Idea Exchange (library for those not hip). First time since the pandemic hit. Normally go to my close one but since I was in the area I stopped in. They are in full COVID defense mode I'm proud to state. They have a very well laid out travel route through this library. Came in to pick a movie. Came out with three. One of the very few pluses of the pandemic, at the library right now, is the fact the movies do not need to be back for 2 weeks. Even the new ones. Friendly staff. Always willing to help. On the upper level I was surprised to see the many games they carry. Never see those since before the pandemic we patrons could walk through willy-nilly and I never went over on that side.

I've been here a few times. Mostly just to charge a tablet or use some free wifi. Not a whole lot going on here unless your needing network access, or are a 3-year old in daycare/kiddie programs downstairs, or doing random magazine lounging upstairs. Place is always so hot and sticky upstairs. Really cool how the library's in it's own glass box.

Nice library. The truncated after work and weekend hours make it hard to use it for serious study.

Warm cozy places to sit and read during normal times. During covid they remain a great life line to sanity with their at home computer catalogue and order and hold service with door pickup. I don't even have to show my library card they just take my name and hand me my requested books with I think a smile. ( masks on but eyes are smiling). Thanks for all your service.

The library is beautiful, and clean. Although, now is not possible to browse, the library staff is very professional and helpful, searching and showing all the books they have about the subject asked.
