Our first visit back since the closure due to covid. We were met at the door by a enthusiastic worker, who gave us the lowdown of the library way of doing things nowadays! It wasn't busy at all this Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was very accommodating and eager to help anyway they can. We miss our visits to our library! Thank you for our short but much needed visit!

Be mindful there are COVID restrictions in play here at the libraries. For instance there's only an hour study time per day and no come backs. Lol So plan accordingly. Keep in mind so libraries in Cambridge offer a 2 hour study period instead of just 1. Hope this helps. Happy COVID!

DO NOT COME TO STUDY, children are constantly loud and the high schoolers are obnoxious. They hangout where the study tables are (behind the shelves), talking, screaming laughing so loud I cannot focus at all. Please avoid this location to study, I'm warning you.

love it at idea exchange staff is amazing and they have lots of awesome book but it'll be better if they r open till 7

Great selection of books, DvDs, Audio books, etc...for short or long term rental. Staff are knowledgeable and usually friendly. Book, etc return is simple and well lit. Take advantage of the e-mail reminder service when your books (or whatever) are due...it will save you money on late fees. Parking lot a bit small, but adequate.

they refuse to let male students use the washroom but female students are allowed to use the washroom. i was going to throw up and they refused to let me use the restroom so i ended up throwing up on the floor and then they kicked me out of the library

Small, lacking selection of resources. Unimpressed by the results of their summer closure for renovations. Printing is $0.25 PER PAGE. Unacceptable. When I confronted the lady at the front desk about it she said “it’s ten cents cheaper a page across the street at Shoppers, I would recommend going there”. How is this possible when the library is supposed to be an affordable service for tax payers!

it such a good experience such nice friendly staff that suits all my needs and more I had replace my library card with no hassle or fee I love it here I recommend this library to all it may not b that big of selection but they can always search up any book and get u it how kool is that thank ????

Nice setup, and they have board, video games and even tools to borrow. Can't use the Cricut or 3D printer yet but I'm told it's coming!

I called 4 minutes before they closed on a Friday with little expectation that anyone would care about my books on hold. To my surprise they got my books ready and we’re waiting for me when I got there. GREAT SERVICE! Thank-you!
