Very nice staff and great collection of books.

My kids and I have used this location many times. Every staff member has been so kind and helpful. Even have helped the kids to learn self checkout during quarantine to keep them safe!

Worst library ever. The noise level is unbelievable ????. Kids running around yelling at the top of their voicesand parents did not do anything to curb the noise. The library staffs also did not say anything. I went there to get some quiet time but instead got a headache and high blood pressure.

Mado I.

I have moved to Burlington lately and I love everything about it except its libraries! They are super poor of books! I almost never found a book I am looking for and the system always tells me that I need to wait months before I can get a hold of it!

Pretty noisy for a Library but hey, it's in a school with students using it for socializing and research. I have never had a problem with that as I do not use this location for "quiet time" I look up what I want ahead of time online to see if it is available. Once I get there I go in, grab it and I'm on my way. Never really get to engage with the staff but they always seem busy and sometimes we will get an acknowledged

Unfortunately need to agree with these other reviews. This “library” is the noisiest place you can go to try and study. Kids running around screaming. It’s like this all the time, during school and off school seasons. It’s a shame the librarians do n-o-t-h-i-n-g to help make this environment suitable for the purpose it was created. Do not recommend coming here if you want to get any work done. It’s also dirty. Saw some long creepy crawlers moving around in the booths. Wanted to vomit.

The staff are friendly. The library has decent supply of books. You also have access to Hayden school books. You can also find reasonable kids library programs. They always have some activities for the kids at their activity centres. One negative. This branch is not open on Sundays!

Would give 0 stars if I could, as a university student looking for a quiet place to study, this is not it. This is essentially a cafeteria for the connected Highschool, not a library.

Is the most noise library I ever been. If you want to read or study, this is not the place. Go to Starbucks, it's better

My son uses this facility to prepare for his school work. I take him here twice a week to study and read. It’s a nice place and quiet with nice people too. I’m sure this will pay off for him in the long run. Just wanted to give this library a 5 star for being clean and quiet and making myself and my son few right at home. Thanks Roger

Wonderful library if you want to pick something up and go. Staff do what they can, but are pretty nice people. To do any sort of work or reading, it is way too loud as the students from the connected high school and community centre just assume the place is theirs.

While being a nice library, bring headphones if you intend on studying or reading hear. It can get quite loud with lots of young kids. It does have a 3D printer which has been very fun to use and experiment with. Many computers are available here so as long as you can find ways to block out the noise, you have everything you need there.

Beautiful library but very loud. Feels like I am sitting inside a daycare. Not the library if you want to get some studying done!

Staff are great! not a stuffy boring library. fun and alive - just wish people read more books these days

If you need to study or in need if a quiet spot do not come here!

Aimee Smiles

Can't get any work done, it's filled with screaming teenagers most of the time. Super inconvenient for the rest of the community, but I guess it's great for the high school.
