Favourite library in Lower Mainland. Great view of the mountain on a clear day, beautiful architecture of glulam roof beams and glass window... Pretty crowded sometimes though.

Spacious and modern library with something for everybody. Our kids enjoy coming here for storytime, babytime, lego, puzzles and just hanging out in kids section. We like the books movies and magazine selection. Katherine from storytime is a gem.

The library itself is very nice looking, the facility is clean and well maintained and the view is great and relaxing.... However, I did not enjoy my study session here as the staff were quite rude and disrespectful. I carry a Vancouver library card and I asked for it to be linked to Burnaby. They refused to do it as I don't have a drivers license and I am a high school student and they called me young and irresponsible and that an adult has to be with me.. You don't know me.... Why the bloody hell would you refuse to issued me a card... Never going here again...

Very nice library. It's clean and the books are well organized. it's one of the few libraries in Burnaby that seems to have a limited amount of carpet...as such, it looks clean. When you're at the Metrotown library, the carpet looks dirty and makes you feel like the place could do with a big clean. Lots of places to sit. Washrooms were clean. the water in the drinking fountain is ice cold (nice!). Definitely in a nicer /safer neighbourhood, you just return your books by putting it on the counter, there is no return slot. At other libraries, you feel like someone dodgy is just around the corner and would probably take your books if you just left it there. One thing, noise does travel in this library. every conversation somehow feels louder and right next to you. I can only imagine when the seating area is full of kids studying, the chitter chatter would fill up the place

Less than 5 mins walk from bus station(B line,130,129,...) and you can enjoy the environment with full windows to the park. The library doesn’t have silent room though but still you can use the desks on both sides of main area and study.

My favorite library. Plenty of desks and outlets to charge your laptops. A lot of natural lighting and has a great view of mountains. A good neighborhood too so there won't be random people coming in to disrupt the library.

Beautiful space with a view of the park. One of the nicest libraries in BC. Only complaints: crowded and very noisy from students doing group work. Also, it seems like the most popular books are hard to get (only accessible through Speed Read, etc.)

Clean spaces. Great selection of books, magazines, DVD & CD for every age and in many genres. If a book is available in another branch, you can place a hold and they’ll bring it to this branch soon. Librarians are helpful and, of course, very knowledgeable, have got some very good books thanks to their recommendations. Overall, a good place to spend time indoors.

The have quite a large number of books and other materials to borrow, including books in different languages. There's comfortable armchairs and couches to sit on. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. Parking lot is available right in front of the building. Overall, my experience has been great and I do recommend this library!

Great title spot to be productive. Amazing location which includes a track nearby for a scenic walk. Park. Trails. Swimming pool all in that nice little property. The library is new and state of the art. Would be nice if mens bathrooms had 2 stalls tho.

Often there is a wait to get on a computer. Computer/Internet time max 1hr. Do not go between 230 & 530. Very crowded with students.

I went to print out a article at this place today and I liked the customer service there really helpful and Nice, but, due to covid-19, there are lot of restrictions, maximum time was 45 minutes. I did print out in 10 minutes and headed home back.

The library itself is great, clean, organized, lots of study space, but I have never been to a library where the people in it have had to "shush" the staff because they are so loud. From talking to one another at a level louder than a normal conversation or essentially screaming instructions to the guests which ask them questions, the noise level in the library is absurd. Even through headphones playing music can they be heard.

There are plenty of parking spaces, so there is no parking problem, and A&W to solve lunch across the street. good (Original) 도서관 자체도 너무나 좋지만 바로 옆에 우레탄 스포츠 트렉 운동장이 있고 다른쪽 옆에는 렉센타가 있어서 공부 조깅 수영등 다양한 활동을 할 수 있다는 점이 최대 강점인듯 하다 . 주차공간도 넉넉해서 주차문제도 없고 길 건너에 점심을 해결할 A&W까지. 좋다
