This library is in downtown brampton and has a great vibe to it. Although the building itself feels old but the location and the people here are nice. I have used the printing services here several times which is $0.20 for a page. I think they have programs for children as well. Overall a nice place to study

I live closer to Mount Pleasant library but I always come here because the bus so conveniently stops right in front of its doors. The process of reserving a book is so simple and it encourages you to keep on coming.

Library is awesome. I've recently been checking off books on Jordan Petersons list of books to read on his website, so far they have most of them (even his maps of meaning!). Even before that, I have read a ton of other authors here like Isaac Asimov, R. A. Salvatore, Susan Collins, etc. Basically, anything I'm into reading I can almost always find it here, just ask the front desk for help if you can't find it yourself. And they've got a whole selection of ebooks, movies and other stuff that would be great for other people who like more than reading. Community board is updated and relevant!

First of all, the check in and check out technology at their branch is really cool. Second of all, the fact that when we accidentally returned a school book to the public library, and they were able to locate it weeks later from a simple phone call, tells me how organized the team here is and how dedicated they are to public service. Love this branch. Thank you for your help when this mama was going nuts wondering where one of my kids' school books went... Lol! ????????

Well maintained library. Quiet areas of the library indeed are maintained quiet. The staff is extremely helpful. The best part about this library is that you can sign up for extended hours (5-9 pm) till April. Which is very helpful for those who wants to study at the library for a longer period of time. The only problem with this library is that (Nothing much that can be done about it), there are few homeless people in the library since this is in downtown Brampton. But hey, they have to stay warm, so I understand. Overall, I love this library.

The quiet study zone is not quiet. There was a customer talking on her phone so loudly that everyone could hear her. She was just meters away from the librarian. The librarian did nothing. She just stood up at her counter and did her work. I cannot study when some one is talking. I drive 10 miles from my home just so that I can find a quiet space to study. If people would do their jobs more seriously this wouldn't have happened.

My favourite library in Brampton -- great views from all windows and very quiet. Only drawback is that parking is tight and self-checkout services often do not work. Otherwise, a great place to read, study, spend an afternoon or take children. Many places to get coffee nearby (Starbucks Hwy10/Queen is within walking distance).

Staff makes so much of noise in all the areas. Just come to do some quite study but they non stop talking to each other with very loud voice. I find this library has too many employees and very less to do THAT'S WHT THEY MAKING TOO MUCH NOICE.

No working Wi-Fi for the past 2 months or so.It used to work fine,not the greatest signal but it was adequate.Now the connection constantly drops all the time.Why keep announcing the library system has wifi when for all purpose and in reality it's got none.Very frustrating trying to do some work online.Unexcusable in this date and age especially for a branch right downtown.Also for a city size of Brampton we've only got 6 or 7 branches spread over wide distances and some of them are even hard to get by public transit. I'm sure we have fine employees who try hard but there is not much you can do when there is no infrastructure or mistakes were made in planning in the past concerning the growth of this city.

Love this library. I always come here when I need a quiet environment to get work done. There is lots of space on the second floor with many power outlets. Librarians are nice and helpful.

Staff very friendly, second floor very nice, only thing is that washrooms are not clean, other than that its awesome. Also needs a microwave to warm food like cyril library.. There is a quiet study room, its nice, but a lady always sits in it and keeps sniffing her phlegm, snorting and making all kinds of weird noises
