Rooms are same in all comfort inns. Don't prefer if you are older and or having lots of luggage. No elevator. Only good thing just5 to 10 minutes walk all stores.

Rien à dire en particulier. Tout était correct C'est ma quatrième visite et tout est selon les attentes pour ce type d'hébergement. Le prix est peut être un peu élevé pour une ville de ce type, mais tout est dispendieux à baie Comeau de toute façon

Personalement, ,j'ai trouvé que le tapis dans la chambre et déjà usée et pas propre. Pour la future rénovation à mon avis ça sera bien de remplacer le tapis pour une plancher en bois. Plus facile à entretenir et moins de poussière.

While I was looking for another hotel in Baie-Comeau, the receptionist called me to inform me that we had been relocated to Motel Caravelle, an establishment which cost me more and which was not equivalent to the Confort Inn and breakfast was not included as expected. I was able to speak to the manager of the Comfort Inn afterwards. He claims we left a message on my cell phone. Checks done, no one ever warned me. The receptionist told the manager that when she called me to find out the name of the Hotel Caravelle, she had offered me a discount on a future stay when it was totally false. So I did not get any compensation that suits me. (Original) Méfiez-vous! J’ai eu une mauvaise surprise en arrivant à 16h00 le mercredi 11 août 2021 au Confort Inn de Baie Comeau. On ne trouvait pas ma réservation de 2 chambres faite sur Booking. Pendant que je cherchais un autre hôtel dans Baie-Comeau, la réceptionniste m’a appelée pour m’informer que nous avions été relocalisés au Motel Caravelle, établissement qui m’a coûté plus cher et qui n’était pas équivalent au Confort Inn et le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus comme prévu. J’ai pu parler au gérant du Confort Inn par la suite. Il prétend qu’on a laissé un message sur mon cellulaire. Vérifications faites, personne ne m’a jamais prévenue. La réceptionniste a dit au gérant qu’en m’appelant pour m’informant du nom de l’hôtel Caravelle, elle m’avait proposé un rabais sur un prochain séjour alors que c’est totalement faux. Je n’ai donc obtenu aucun dédommagement qui me convienne.

Stayed here during work for alcoa. Was very clean and accommodating. The breakfast starts at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. The staff do speak English. The internet was alright and I never had a problem with noise. I would definitely stay here again!

My favorite hotel while travelling. Usually well situated, well kept and fairly priced.

The room was clean the wifi keep disconnecting, poor connection The magnetic card always desactivate even if it's not touching anything. It's an old system that you need to swipe the card. The director told me that the card can't be near credit car/radio/cellular. Still the card system is broken. I visit a lot of hotel and it's the first time that it happen to me. I had to reactivate my card 6 times and i was staying only one week. plus, when i usually go at hotel, i bring my ps4 console, the hdmi port are blocked, you need to ask the receptionnist an other remote to access it. I think they dont want to make you feel at home.

On se fait réveiller par des gens qui parlent,, marchent, ou un chien qui jappe dans la chambre d'en face! La lumière du corridor passe dans le pourtour de la porte. Impossible de dormir dans le noir. Lit confortable, bon accueil, déjeuner correct, propreté impeccable.

Trop cher pour ce genre d'hôtel. J'aime bien le style de déjeuner, très bien pour ceux qui parte tôt.

Nous avons vécu une bonne expérience. L'hôtel était propre et la chambre aussi. Les règles sanitaires ont bien été respectés.

Ce à quoi on s'attend pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, c'est très recommandable et pour une ville de cette grandeur. Est bien situé et les restaurants sont à distance de marche.

After a bad experience with our flights being delayed and rerouted, we (myself and my colleague) were the two english stranded girls, needing a place to stay and food to eat! The comfort inn came recommended to us by the customer service gentleman at the airport. the room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the walmart/tim hortons/bank. We just needed a place to stay between delayed flights, but it was perfect. A very very special thank you to the front desk staff who helped us. They went above and beyond for us. They called taxis and helped us order food to our rooms, when our grade school french failed us. They politely listened to our rants of travel when we practically crawled through their doors looking for a room. Approx 20 mins away from the airport, we would recommend this hotel.

Grande déception par contre pour le supposé déjeuner qui nous a été permis de choisir parmi entre autre : des muffins qui goûtent pas bon, un sandwich aux oeufs bacon et fromage, gelé, oui oui gelé. Tant qu'à offrir un déjeuner de mauvais goût comme ça, sérieux, si on aurait eu genre un coupon au Tim ou ailleurs ça aurait été beaucoup mieux. Cessez vos déjeuners pas mangeables. On était à la chambre 109 ce dimanche 19 juin 2021. Une nuit 200$, rien de bon à manger le matin ça part mal une journée et c'est dispendieux pour un ***....pas fort!! Désolé d'être direct mais c'est la vérité. Personnel très courtois par contre.
