I usually research my library borrowings online and pick them up at this location. It's well organized and reliable. I only took away one ???? because I usually feel ignored here, never really greater, even if I enter and look for an eye contact with the employee at the desk to say hello, she would just look away and never great customers. It seems Covid helped with this temporarily, now they have someone at the door to direct you to the hand sanitizer, that way you sort of feel like being welcomed.

Beautiful new library location. I'm always telling people how good the Calgary Library system is. They've really done good things with it over the last few years. This location is a great new location inside a building with the YMCA. They have easy check out. You can have books sent here from other branches. It's easy, convenient and friendly.

A smaller library but a very delightful and pleasant place to come for reading and computers. The staff here are overly pleasant and superior in their ongoing assistance to anyone who has issues or concerns. I absolutely am blown away by the excellent staff in this library and a great addition to our neighbourhood here for myself and many more. Great great work library team.

It usually feels more like a daycare than a library. The doors to the kid section is not closed so it is usually loud with kids crying and running around. Bring headphones!

Overall the Library was very clean, the staff knowledgeable and welcoming, there are lots of natural light as well. My only complaint is the noise level. While I was studying, I had to use my custom noise ear defenders to block out the environmental sounds. For example; there were several people on their cell phones- talking loudly, children screaming and running around. I understand that this is a public library and that there will be some background noise. However, I did not expect it to be as noisy as an outdoor playground. As I said, it's a beautiful facility that is a great addition to the community, just not a great place to study or read quietly.

Very clean location with a great atmosphere. They even have a little play area for kids! The staff are also very friendly, and willing to help out.

One would think the correct answer to "is it always this noisy in here" would be "no, sorry about that"; or to "when did libraries turn into play centers" would be "they haven't", not "a couple of years ago". Yet people wonder why children have no respect these days: they certainly aren't taught it; even in a library. This is a review from 10 in the morning. There's a similar review complaining about noise in the evenings and suggesting mornings would be better. It isn't.

(Quarry Park one) Beautiful location with very welcoming staff. Very clean, great selection of material for kids. The only issue is that they don’t like sunshine ☀️ They shut the blinds as soon as there is a ray of light, which is too bad. Reading at a table in the sun when it’s -12 out there is so nice... but you’ll go to Starbucks for that. :-)

More a daycare than a library. Not a good option if you're looking for a quiet space. There are always kids running around and playing, and the library is full of toys and computer games that make noise. There should be a closed off area for kids.

Tiny little library but great kids play area and it's Calgary Public so even if you can't find what you're looking for you can order in and pick up. Well laid out considering the size!

We love the QP library. The librarians are always happy to great us, they even have come to know and remember my name. Pre-covid there was a great kid's play area, and we look forward to it opening again sometime. The site is clean and well organized. I've done printing through curbside pick-up and it is always fast and efficient. Great community resource.

The new location of the library is great as it is spacious compared to the old location in Glenmore Square. The problem about this library is that it is very, very loud. The kids area should have a closed area (or wall), or even the quiet area to close the sound off. If you are looking for a quiet library to study during the night, I do not suggest this location.. only during the mornings when the kids are in school. The librarians do not tell their parents to lower their children's voice in the library for some reason.. some kids honestly are just screaming and running around but nothing happens or just a simple shush and it's back to screaming again.. frustrating to those people who are actually trying to study or read.
