I love it. It's way better than the main branch. The main branch is way too sketchy in my opinion. The crossings branch has lots of programs. I remember last year when Pokémon go was a thing, they had this Pokémon go club. My friends that went there said that it was pretty fun. The staff are great. Books are great. It's quiet. It's perfect.

No parking on Southside when school events are taking place. You have to park in the muddy field or drive around into the community on the Northside to drop off books. Also the book return scanner does not read all the books but it accepts them.

Better quality of a library than the original one downtown. So much nicer plus it's more convenient for people that live on the west side

Love the library when it's summertime,nice and quiet ..I'm not a fan of those Chinook high students in the library using vulgar language and not treating the library with respect..I would like the teens banned during school hours

The wifi Internet was far too slow. The speed test was 0.2Mbps download and 0.3Mbps upload, this is more like one expected back in 2003. I came to do some homework and I needed the Internet to connect to the site and watch videos but with 0.2 Mbps I ended up playing video games instead (off my hard drive). Terrible. The pages took forever to load, never mind trying to watch videos. I have shaw go and tested my own Shaw go with their wifi, I got 30 Mbps. Very good environment, fairly quiet, decent collection, nice new building otherwise. So, if you won't be using their wifi I think you will probably like it. Update Jan-2022: Three years after my initial review I am surprised they did something about their terrible connection, it seems they updated to 2007 equipment speed levels, so now they're only 15 years behind modernity. At least this time around I got 0.6Mbs downloads which is only 17 times slower than the current slowest 10Mbp Shaw offers to home customers for $50/month. I had forgotten why it is that I avoid this library like the plague.
