Relatively quiet, easy to get help, people are polite and respectful. If coming from the LRT or Hub Mall, you don't have to go outside to reach the library, just follow the pedways, easy to find. Has an area with computer access, decent seating area. Study rooms can fit 4-6 people, there are also individual study rooms. Down side, the study rooms don't have computer access but they do have a plug-in for a laptop.
