Good place for kid and family time here. Tiny location not an ideal place for queit study.

This place is a library.. Which means quiet time for students who actually study and people who actually need to use quality programs on the computers. NOT a free daycare for kids to use the main computers for gaming for an hour filling up all the computers for an hour each or sing-a-long games in a play area with loud annoying songs. There's a day care 5 mins drive from there so yes you have to pay and at least the computers will be left open for adulting not gaming!!! And quietness for studying!

There is absolutely nowhere to study. Thought that as a library there would be desks so I wouldn’t have to go all the way to my university to study but I was wrong. Two desks total, and a small space. Thoroughly disappointed.

Staff have very bad attitude and force me and my friend to give computer to other people. Not sure if it is because we are from Asia. No place to study and too loud. Definitely a good place for homeless.

Great library! I've been going here ever since it opened and I have loved it. COVID-19 did stop me from visiting frequently but I do know that once this pandemic is over, I will be going here for my books.

Look around area..high density population and young family in Edmonton..who made a decision to build this small library..compare to downtown library for hobo ...Shame on u. There is no future for generation

This library serves a vast area of communities. There was a queue outside today as people, including children wanted to get stuff done before the library closed at 5 pm considering that it is a Sunday. Not so nice if the weather becomes colder. The COVID-19 situation has also reduced individuals' time spent in the library. Would be nice to have more of it in neighboring communities. The staff here are nice and very helpful.

Good for picking up holds but that's about it. Yes I know it's a temporary location, but why? Seems like a huge waste of money.

This is the closest library to my house, but I don't think I'll be using it for anything other than picking up books or returning them. It's super tiny and has terrible selection. The whole place feels very cold and unwelcoming and not like somewhere you'd want to spend time. Chapters has a better bookish atmosphere than this place.

It's nice to have a place close by, to pick up and return books. That's a great thing, because that's about all this is good for. I expected it to have at least a great place for kids, as Heritage Valley is full of young families. Unfortunately, the kids area is such a let down, not cozy or welcoming with a poor selection. Thoroughly disappointed.

I love going to the library. With free wifi, great collection of books and a comfortable sitting area. It is the best place to be during the summer and free times.

This library is the location I like the most, I order everything in and pick up when notified. Easy to get in and out of very quickly with lots of parking available. The staff are always polite and helpful.
