Sleep in your car! This place is dirty and the owners don't care! After a long day of driving my husband and I made the rookie mistake of not booking a place ahead of time. When we got to Whitehorse this was the only place with rooms and I was desperate and tired and wanted to believe maybe it was clean but just older looking. Not the case! There were stains on the sheets, hair in the bed, and signs of bed bugs! I believe the owner knows this which is why unlike other hotels he charges your card before you even see the room! What a waste! We left and parked in a rest stop and took a nap instead and when we got to Haines junction we were informed that another person had the same issue and confirmed that the hotel did have bugs! NASTY!

BEWARE! Worst hotel I have stayed at in my life, and the owner does not care! This property is closer to a brothel than a family hotel. Our room was musty, dirty, and out dated. The beds were so filthy we had to put our own sheets on top of the bed spred to sleep, but in hind sight we should have just left and taken our losses. My wife woke up with several bug bites on her back that occured over night. I could go on and on! When we called back to speak to the owner she was totally unremorseful, and told us she had to go when she realized who we were. I had given an honest review of the property to expedia, and she said, "I had already done the damage", like that justifies her charging full price for such a rat bag room. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!

my crew was there last night, the lady at the front desk was screaming saying no you are booking 5 rooms, when we only needed 3. got through that and then my guys saw fleas on the bed. they went and asked her about it she screamed saying they brought dead fleas in .then she said i sprayed for bed bugs and fleas before you went in the room!!! while my son was in the room she did NOT knock, she used her key and walked in screaming at him. all in all i do NOT recommend this place at all! the cursing and swearing and always screaming when my crew was quiet in rooms while they relaxed.

Rooms were nice and clean. It was quiet. Hotel is downtown Whitehouse close to coffee shops, fast food and restaurants. Laundrom eight in the hotel.

Was staying in Whitehorse for work; the room was fine and staff were nice; but nothing felt clean, my cloths were stained and my sheets had definitely not been washed since the last guest.

Horrible laundromat service. The machine was not working and I asked them to take a look. Instead of admitting the negligence of maintenance, they blame you for breaking it and not even refund. Rude staff, poor service. Don’t even try.

Dingy, not very clean and the price is well above what you get. Stayed here because everywhere else was sold out. I heard guests complaining that the hotel lost the booking and they're now screwed to find a place. Coming to Whitehorse, book far in advance so you don't have to stay here
