Very convenient location I will say most of activities they will come to this hotel and pick you up. You do have a restaurant connected with this hotel. You really don’t need rental car if you stayed here.

Best hotel in Whitehorse Yukon. Centrally located. Clean hotel. Front desk staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. Restaurant has yummy food and also friendly staff.

Very nice accommodations with attached restaurant with adult beverages! Clean, located is a main area of Whitehorse, perfect for a strollI and close to the Yukon River. I used the spa which is also at the hotel, fantastic staff and service. Airport shuttle was a available, nice perk. Breakfast was not offered as an amenity, but the restaurant was open for breakfast.

Really excellent staff, close to everything you need downtown. To some it may feel dated, to others it's rustic. I prefer the latter interpretation. Clean beds, great restaurant and bar. I didn't explore the spa, so I can't speak to that, but it exists.

Nice location and hotel. Keeps the spirit of the gold rush Era, great for a weekend stay, lounge is nice, gym is well equipped. Stayed many times over the years.

Rooms and hotel are very nice and well kept. Food from the restaurant was not good at all. No effort what so ever was put onto the meals. Often cold and flavourless.

Excellent location, the staff are professional yet friendly. The meals in the restaurant are reasonably priced and tasty. The room was comfortable and very clean. I recommend that when your in Whitehorse this is the place to stay.

The rooms were okay, but I could hear the person in the room above simply walking and it sounded like a marching band. Kept me awake most of the night because it was so loud.

One Indian receptionist has trouble understanding English. Some of the staff are not wearing a mask and not wearing it properly especially the restaurant staff. One waitress is slacking in the washroom. Another waitress doesn't clean our table before we take a seat; she covered her sneeze with her hands and didn't bother to wash her hands or sanitize her hands. The restaurant was crowded, tables are full of customers. Covid and variants are starting to increase in this province. This hotel doesn't practice social distancing properly, and doesn't know how to wear a mask properly.

I had no experience with staff, so I have no opinion there. The rented room was standard, nothing special but was clean and presentable. It had a "general store" but was locked for the duration of the event. Bar was present but did not use. Overall nothing special either way, no real complaints

Relative to other local options, this is a 5-star spot. Location is great; rooms are clean; staff is friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are pretty small and loving hot showers, I was disappointed that the water heater seemed set low. Hotel restaurant was okay - thought the side salad was above average, but the veggie burger was kind of flavorless and a mushy texture. Wasn’t crazy about the chips and guac. But hey, on a cold night, having something decent just downstairs can’t be beat… and my boyfriend gave the Bloody Caesars two thumbs up.

Clean spot And respected distancing etc. In Covid times. Good location, and bar/rest. Was setup with nice spacing btwn. tables. All staff had masks on too! Personally a bit over priced(not much!) but.... It's the Yukon, and a great location downtown.

Trivia night was so much fun! 2 stars because there is no continental breakfast and because the girl that checked us out was quite snotty. She certainly shouldn't be in customer service.
