dirty and only half the machines actually work and wasted money on a machine that i didn’t know would go out of service not even halfway thru drying my items. the coin machine also took my $5 and didn’t give me any change

Filthy. A lot of machines were out of service. Not worth $5/load. Hadn't been swept in weeks, lint trap was not cleaned out, machine stopped and notified me to clean it. To my surprise, the compartment was left unlocked, as if leaving it to customers/users to empty themselves. Not a pleasant experience. I'd rate lower if I could.

Needs a major cleaning!! In recent months this laundry mat has become absolutely filthy. Floors are dirty, machines are dirty, washroom is disgusting. Today my kid found ants on the floor, and the table in the waiting area has cigarette butts and ashes on it (the place smells like smoke also). Where is the manager?! Clean this place inside out!

more than 10 washers and dryers were out of order. washers and dryers worked noisy and poor quality. I lost toonies, loonies and quarters and the lady didn't care. The owner of that laundromat is only interested getting money. I don't recommend that dirty place.

It's almost 12 year's since we know this place and its sad seeing the machine s getting old with a note OUT OF SERVICE. It's time to give a proper maintenance or change the machine's.

Most machines are broken down or out of service. You need to be selective about dryers because they don't keep shut throughout the cycle, which wastes dryer time cost. Also got there at 10:55pm to pick up my laundry which had already closed (closing time is 11:00pm). You would think they'd stay open seeing clothes still drying in the dryer but they decided to close early - probably closed 10 mins early. Luckily, whoever was in charge of closing up the place didn't shut the back door properly. So, I was able to get in and grab my clothes in the dark. Also, if they had closed earlier than its hours, it looked like they didn't really wipe anything down or do any maintenance to keep the place tidy for customers. A place where you'd want your clothes kept clean, you'd expect to have some sort of upkeep. Looks like I'm going to the other laundromats in the area, like the four other ones in the area. I'm usually understanding of broken machines that need to be fixed will take time... but closing early with my clothes still there... this place isn't worth it.

Coins always stuck in the dryers. No outlets to charge phone while waiting for laundry to finish.

Worst Laundry place ever! Filthy. There is mold Every place you Turn to. This place is not clean at all. My first and last time coming here. The floors are dirty. Half of the machines are out of service. All the machines have mold in them. The person who owns her is dirty. They dont clean here at all.

There are a lot of machines out of order here. I put my clothes in a machine was NOT labeled "out of order" - i paid $5.50 hit start and the machine started. Then I noticed there was no water!! It went through the whole cycle without water. I couldnt stop it and i couldnt get my money back. There was no attendant and no phone number to call for assistance! I want my money back!!

The attendant stood by and allowed another customer to touch my personal belongings because he needed the machine. Meanwhile the 3 other machines have been broken for over a year. Horrible business.

Machines don't work. Put the money inside and than nothing. No number, no one inside, no way to contact someone if you have a problem. Spent 5.50 $ and nothing
