I procrastinated, and had a lot of laundry to do, which would have taken about six hours to do at home. Let me tell you something.When you're nice and friendly with people, it's almost always returned. I've never had a better laundry experience. Thank you Phyllis, and also to Sylvie and the other young lady who I failed in asking your name. Spread the fun people, it will come back to you. ????

When I lived in Seaway Towers I would go there all the time, mainly because they were able to get the job done without me being there. I would drop my clothes off in the morning and then go back and pick it up on my way home from work. Very convenient and easy to use. They also had a dry cleaner as well, so I was able to get my suits and dress pants cleaned and pressed.

Lives up to its name..its super clean and Phyllis is fabulous. There are only 2 downsides: many machines have been out of order for months...and if you happen to go there on a Monday or Tuesday various catering company's are taking up many of the machines washing the table cloths etc from the previous weekend.

Thought this was a good place. The manager has no people skills and is very rude and ignorant. She talks behind everyones back and swearing like a banshee. Clean laundromat but not a clean manager. How could you let someone like her represent your business with no people skills or knowledge of self cleanliness. You should be ashamed of yourself for.the.way you treat people "p". N9 wonder you have gone through many girls. They cannot handle you. Fact.

Hi, I just wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to the beautiful person who runs the place. It was Tuesday March 27th, 2018, when I was visiting my son who has recently moved to Windsor from Niagara Falls, ON CA, and needed to do some laundry. We searched the NET and decided to go to this place. She knows who she is without naming her: she is warm , very pleasant, welcoming, helpful and makes you feel special. Will surely be back next time we visit.

Prices are very..very high..extra 50 cents if using hot water. That's $3 pr load for reg wash. $6 for large. Owner messed with you clothes when I turn your back. See he can control what temperature u wash in ..most machines. If you want to be told how to wash your clothes without asking..go. Here

The past eight years I occasionally have to go to the laundromat and this is the only place I go to and not one time of my visit have I ever had an issue either with the staff or the washers or dryers. I thank the Owner and the Staff for a clean and reasonable prices to use your laundromat. Great Job for your service!

Used New large capacity washer to wash my oversized comforter with stain that came out. I have difficulty walking so the nice staff lady stuffed it in the washer for me. It was nearing closing time. Someone else was still drying a bunch of clothes so she let me dry it. Again she stuffed it in the machine for me. I finished at the same time as the other man. I fully expected to take it home wet. 2 very nice and helpful ladies work and keep a good eye on what people are doing not to have any mishaps. Place is well run and clean. Nice to have staff that cares. Highly recommend it. I had a very pleasant experience .

Took our white weighted blanket to be cleaned. Not only does it look brand new but they even did it for me and I got it back within a few hours! Best $20.00 I've spent! This is the cleanest laundromat I had ever used. The machines are well maintained and spotless. All staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They make you feel welcome. It has a very warm and homey atmosphere. It is fully attended and has change available for the machines. Detergent is available for purchase. They offer coffee, television, magazines, games and even a toy room for the kids. If your life is too busy, just drop off your laundry and they will do it for you. You can even drop off your dry cleaning. I've been coming here for more than 15 years and would never go anywhere else.
