The laundromat itself looks a little run down, but I had no issues. I used the DoubleLoader, $2.75 per load and the dryers. The owner was very helpful with change and assisting me with my machine. I will come back for sure!

Good variety of washer sizes. Washers and dryers are rarely out of service. Most of the time the place in not too busy. And the older gentleman running the place is very helpful. Highly recommendee

owner on the phone was beyond disrespectful..was asking about a service they provided and he was very short and extremely rude..when i went to go ask another question i was told to sarcastically have a nice day and was hung up on..i would rather do my clothes by hand then to put a dime into this mans hand!!!!NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MAN!!

I have been coming to this laundromat ever since I moved into an apartment with no washing machine/dryer of my own. It isn't the cleanest, it isn't the prettiest, but boy is it a quaint little piece of Windsor. My favourite part of coming here to do laundry is the kitty that lives here. They grow plants in the front windows that add to the cuteness. The owner has only ever been nice to me, but that is just my experience as the reviews below me suggest otherwise of the owners. (I'm white, and only really come during the late afternoon hours, so) There is a lot of religious paraphernalia, and although I don't adhere to any religion... Well, this is their business and they have the right to hang what they want in their building. I felt bad one trip because my loonies got stuck in the machine while not counting it towards the total, but John (the owner) just so happened to be there and was very helpful and understanding.

This place should be closed down it is very dirty old machines that don't work and the owner is very unpleasant and rude he was talking very disrespectfully to another customer because he was sleeping while his laundry was washing when I stepped in to not talk to someone like that he told me to not come back believe me I wont nor should anyone

We had bad experience today at this Laundry and following are issues: - Machine doesn't use HOT water at all, although it was set up for hot water - There was nobody there so we could express our concerns - Some easy stains that I can remove if washing by hand didn't budge - Machines are washing too fast (like 15-20 minutes) - I do not know what is deal with adding detergent, but we do not see it when machine is operating, unless you pour 80% of your 1.7 litters detergent bottle. It feels like it goes somewhere different - Owner's wife is extremely unpleasant to deal with, and always complains if we use to many machines (we pay, it is our problem, not yours) - way too expensive ( $5.75 for medium load that is a little bigger (if any) than small loading machine, $8.75 for big machine that wash as long as medium machine and no hot water too. Shame, this place should be closed. Not going there anymore

Clean and friendly environment. Walker the cat is friendly and approachable especially if you have any treats, which can be found in the facility. It's parking is abit tough but they opened a few more spots across the ally and the nickel and dime you a bit! Overall decent place!

Lots and lots of washers and dryers available, almost 100% machines work and they work very efficiently, and the best part is they have large to small capacities available. Hence, one can pick easily according to the load. The staff is present at all times and can provide you with loose change if needed. There is an ATM inside. Ample parking at back of the building. The owners are delightful and friendly. The building looks older, especially from the outside, but it's a fully functional and efficient laundromat. Not very spacious but neither is it cramped up. Accessible from Shoppers, walk-in clinics, eateries including Tim, and is diagonal from Caboto Club. Would definitely recommend

Came in at 7:30 pm on Saturday for the first time. Loaded clothes into 5 machines. Put my coins $5.50 in the first machine. It wouldn't start! Tried to use the ATM - it wouldn't work! No employee onsite! Worst experience EVER!!! WASTED OF MY TIME AND ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY!!!

Unbelievably expensive $10/load on large washer. This has always been one of the least desirable laundromats IMHO. Change machine doesn't work with $50 bills. Only went because of the hours it is open until. Ended up walking out without washing a thing.

Very clean place. Dryers are new as well. Git the clothes dried within very less time. The owner Mr Giovanni is a very humble, kind and nice gentleman. Definitely recommend this place. P.S. There's a lovely cat who might accompany you.

Not a bad little place a little pricey 10.50 for the big washer the dryers that did work did work well was clean and less god stuff than I read about if that’s a thing for people to not go . Cat was harmless. Tv for passing the time my son and I went washed up some blankets over not a horrible place at all would have gave five stars if washers were a little less and dryers all worked

Absolutely would not return, I live next door and have been doing my laundry here for over a year. The first time I have a problem and a machine takes my money and doesnt function the old witch who runs the place tells me Im trying to rip her off and calling me a liar. She screamed in my face infront of customers and treated me obnoxiously. Do not go. Plenty of other laundrymats in windsor

This place is going downhill incredibly fast. The owners no longer care about anything. If there machines take your money and dont work its on you and you will be yelled at and called a thief if you complain. Horrendous service from a racist old lady.

The owner is an evil old racist and homophobic man. Many times, the place is empty except for me, and he'll come up to talk to me for lack of anyone else to talk to. He'll walk up with his Make America Great Again cap, and have wonderful conversation starters like, "Gay people shouldn't have kids," or, "We need to get rid of all the foreigners here." He's a an Italian immigrant, but he's white. He means the 'brown' people. "I'm gonna hang crosses up all over the laundromat." He starts pointing at the walls. "There. There. There. They no come here any more. They hate that stuff." Yes, like they're vampires. The posted hours of operation are 7am-11pm. He does have a caveat that if you're not in the building at 10:30, despite your laundry being there, he'll close. That's fine. Fair warning. I returned at 10:25, only to have him berate me. I apologized, saying that I'd just take my stuff home to dry it. He still berated me. I again apologized, and started to pack my clothing. Still berating me. Again, an apology on my behalf. This man is not a good business man. He's apparently so well off that he can afford to lose customers with his poor attitude and racism. But hey, if you're white, he'll welcome you with open arms.

I am here staying in Windsor for business. My hotel doesn't have laundry facilities, so I found this laundromat tonight. I wish I'd found it earlier. The place is clean. Prices per load are really reasonable, and they have a wide variety of machine types/sizes/prices to suit everyone. The owner's son, Alex, was extremely helpful, and made the time fly by with good conversation. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a wash ????

Came here once everything was fine except the bed bugs crawling on the washing machines the second time I came didn't see bed bugs but I got harassed by an old lady about putting clothes in the dryer she literally stood right next to me and watch me do it for some strange reason highly uncomfortable I never overloaded anything for her to harass me like that
