Most machines will just take your money and not work, I lost 9 dollars before I gave up, I went there 4 different days to talk to someone, but no staff on site and no phone number to call stay away from this dump. On the plus side it is a good area.

The lady is a very nice lady, and she always thanks me for coming. She has a hard time speaking english, but manages. I think she is a great person, washer have both hot and cold water.

The owner lady is very rude and not friendly, this is worst laundry i ever seen. Not cooperative, just want money, most of the machines are not working, you can lost your money in any machine.

The place is nasty, Most of the washing and drying machines are not working. Some of them have an out of service note while others don't which makes many people loose their money on a nonworking machine. The old lady working their likes to shop from people's laundry and has a very rude attitude. I would recommend washing at a friend's house for whatever cost before trying this coin laundry.

The lady who runs this is super sweet. Many machines don't work, but the ones that do are great and don't take much time. Reasonably priced for sure. They even have a drop off service!

The lady who owns this business is very rude, she accused me of not washing my clothes before coming because I put them straight into the dryer, as well tried to tell me to take them out halfway while I paid for a full 10 minutes of drying time.. as well, kept coming around and cleaning every areas after I leaned or had my clothes out on it, then continued to stare at my from her office.

Never follows the open and close times and 75% of the machines do not work. This place is the worst and it is just as expensive as everywhere else.

Worst treatment to people who visit there for a laundry. Owner lady controls your washer and dryer. She comes all of a sudden and shuts the machine off. I never seen such a lady in Canada. 'Never ever try to go here for your laundry'.

DON'T GO HERE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I've been here a few times and NEVER left my clothes unattended because the female worker hovers (I've heard of people catching her going through their clothes and pouring water in their dryer). Sometimes I go in and use the coin machine for change, and rather than ask me not to she cut off my husband and screamed at him then slammed the door on us without explanation. Very uncomfortable and felt like she might try and get violent? It was really odd.

This place is horrible. Everyone you have to wait until your washer is done because the Asian lady who's incharged will put more water on your clothes after you leave. Also for very unclear reason she wanted certain people to put their carrier/bag on her dirty floor while I can see others put theirs on the counter top or benches...etc. I don't know why, I questioned her twice but she never want to answer anything. She always pretend that she doesn't understand English.

Needed to dry my clothes because my dryer broke and I was told to leave. Apparently it's a laundry matt that you can't use the dryers.

The Asian women who runs this place is not very friendly, pretends she doesn't speak English and just shakes her head to you if you ask her anything. I've caught her adjusting our laundry settings (hot water to cold in washers or high heat to low heat in dryers) if we left our laundry unattended for even 5 minutes and when I approached her about she denies it and hides in her office. She has stopped my washer mid wash because another customer wanted the machine and then denied it when I confronted her about it. I've also had some clothes ruined from washing/drying there, and asked her about it and she denied it. She is never true to her opening and closing times, usually doesn't open it until 10am any given day and closes closer to 4-5pm. I would not recommend, but if you do go, plan to stay there with your laundry the entire time.

It is very wrost place in windsor which I ever seen. Special the owner of this store is very rude and not friendly. I would like to give this place 0 points. I use $3 machine for cleaning the cloths then I found it not enough for my cloths so I want to swich to $5 machine. So she charged me $3 with using that machine. She spoke with me very rudely. I will never go that place again. I would like to suggest to not go that store. Please search on google you can find best place than this mill coin laundry.
